Hello, everyone! New to the forum. Has anybody here tried NBE as a way to keep your natural breasts while having intense workouts that resulted in significant muscle gains? I'm into the aerial arts (pole, aerial silk, and aerial hoops) and I lift myself a lot, which has resulted in rapid fat loss while gaining more bulk in the biceps and booty and my core muscles firming up, among other things. I haven't actually lost any boobage, thanks to birth control. In fact, I even gained a few inches, and my bras are feeling tighter than ever! I do know this isn't typical, though, so I would like to hear other women's experience when it comes to NBE and fitness.

Oh my god, thanks for these links, Lotus! These are very helpful. Charlie Girl's progress is amazing! And I thought my progress was fast! My measurements were 33.5-24-34.5 3 years ago, and this was years after I've started NBE. My breasts were a good size at that time. My measurements are now are 37.5-24-36. I haven't lost all of my excess belly fat yet. I owe the booty growth to all the squats I've been doing as part of my warm-up and conditioning before my aerial classes.

I have found that it can be hard to maintain muscles and fat in equal levels. I normally just do simple exercises every day that keep the weight off but leave my bust unaffected. I have a 35 DD size and it has stayed that way for a bit while I am doing this. I also look pretty good. No belly fat and I am doing great. Just in time for summer (:

Hello, theshygirl! Yes, that is true. Many women I know lost their breasts as they lost excess weight. I do a lot of exercises that engage the pectoral muscles because I lift myself a lot. Thankfully my breasts are still here after a year of intense physical activity. Whew![/align]
