I've read on here of using black seed in your NBE program. I'd like to try it, but when I went to order some I realized there are several different kinds of "black seed"- black sesame, black cumin, black chia.... Does anyone know the specific "black seed" that is best used for booby growing?

I think you are referring to nigella sativa also known by black seed /black cumin as far as I am aware.
I personally don't see how it helps with growing aside from being used partly as a galactalogue.. otherwise a prized historic supplement. Best absorbed with honey I've heard.
