If youre DD then I recommend Noogle even more! NB works so much better for women with more breast tissue imo, you'd see results even faster than most with a smaller chest size. & there are a lot of factors to why periods can be irregular.. it doesn't always have to be estrogen dominance but I think you should definitely get connected to your body before you start any herbs.
If you check out "my plan" or some of my links you can see my journey of finding everything nbe related out
I found a lot of good links, here are some you might find interesting:

if you're E dom:

mostly I have noticed is irregular periods, heavy bleeding/cramping, tummy gain and any weight usually goes to your hips. etc etc
http://yestheyrenatural.com/can-you-get-...one-cream/
I recommend emerita progest or source naturals progesterone cream.
& if you're not E dom I would recommend taking other herbs to match the PC cream or chasteberry.. if you're E dom you shouldnt have to take any E herbs because your body is already producing enough estrogen.. if I were you I would choose one or the other, chaste or PC.. imo you don't need 2 things that are doing the same thing for your body, bc then you might just over load it

if you're not E dom, any E based herb would be good to cycle with your PC or chaste.. so during your folliciular phase you would use E herbs only, then during your luteal phase you would use your PC or chaste
I believe capsules are available in 225 mg and 400 mg dosage forms, I would always start out low and you can slowly raise the mg you take.
also massage is really good.
Thank you for the links! I am planning to buy a NB next time I get paid. I really hope it will help fill out these pancakes I have!
So you are saying, E dominate or otherwise, I should be taking some form of progesterone? Is it better to take orally or topically in your experience? Also, I read Maca is another that is considered good for progesterone. Do you have any opinions on that? And final question on this topic, but is there a difference between just Chasteberry extract versus VITEX Chasteberry extract?
Also I have a question about mixing herbs. For example, Saw Palmetto. It says it acts on progesterone receptors and that it causes a reduction in estrogen levels. So if you take that as well other estrogen producing herbs, is that just cancelling each other out?
And finally could you please explain to me a bit more about the various phases (folliciular and luteal)?
Well yes, because you'll want to balance the E you're putting into your body. Your body naturally produces Estrogen, progesterone, etc. So if you're putting in more E you might end up with an hormonal imbalance, so people match their bodies natural hormones. Also, E is not the only thing that grows breast

Progesterone, prolactin, sex hormones play a roll in them as well. I use Progesterone cream and it works just fine
Maca really helped me with my P, maca is an adaptogen herb which means it will work with your existing hormones to level you out, I think it aids in estrogen as well. It adds good E to your body, helps keep it at bay and levels progesterone, imo I love maca, it leveled me out so well, it helped aid in most of my nbe-- but that's because of my hormonal make up atm. But regardless it should keep your hormones stable, that's just what it does. Oh maca also might make your booty bigger, so keep that in mind lol
I think vitex is just another name for chasteberry, like the latin name, don't quote me on that lol but that's what I gathered from it.

oh look, its good for skin/acne. I didn't know that.
Yeah saw palmetto might do that, I have heard of herbs canceling one another out, if SP does that, I might take it LOL I need to lower my E. I know SP is good for skin too. It's an anti androgen I believe, so it will lower your Testosterone/androgens which are male hormones, if your T is too high that could interfere with breast growth too..
follicular and luteal are phases through a woman's body/menstrual cycle.
http://www.webmd.com/normal-menstrual-cy...rual-cycle
basically Follicular phase is when E rises and luteal is when P rises

You have to know your cycle to cycle the herbs. If your period is like clock work every month without break through bleeding chances are your hormones are level and you can track these phases fairly easy.
