Has anyone tried Goats Rue. It a cousin to Fenugreek.
Been on it now for about a month. So far no weight gain or smelling
like maple syrup. I had issues with the fenugreek, increased blood pressure, weight gain and sour tummy.
So far breasts have firmed up and (fingers crossed) maybe they will blossom.
Working a getting some pictures up. Sorry for being slow, just sort of shy???
Pls let me know what you think.

I know there were a couple of peeps that were either using it or thinking about it..
As far as pictures go, you don't have to post them, but they are nice to have available for personal tracking. Pics can show you things that you cant see by yourself.

I think if you have an intolerance to fenugreek you might potentially have the same with goats rue. while I tolerate fenugreek relatively well when I took goats rue I was getting dizzy spells and worse, and was subsequently told I had lower end blood pressure afterwards, I also found they said the effect of breast enlargement with goats rue might only be temporary while you used it which was the case for me, then they will go back to normal size afterwards.

But, that's not true of Fenugreek??

Yes I think so absolutely. Ive heard worse of fenugreek re blood pressure etc. One thing ive realised is you can tolerate one thing fine at one point in your life and the next you cant. Ie I used to be a diary queen, now all of a sudden I'm lactose intolerant as with caffeine. Body chemistry changes etc.
Same with herbs, in the beginning I could get away with high doses of whatever I liked then as the months progressed all of a sudden I cant handle a singular herb

sorry Ia but yeh I actually believe the same with fenu too, when I first started taking herbs namely fenu I had a boost in the boob department, then it was gone in the blink of an eye, water retention perhaps??

Fenu was touted to cause women to become more buxom all over due to appetite stimulant effects so in my opinion if your predisposed to gain weight boobs first then great but I see soo many girls here say they are gaining elsewhere so it makes sense cause most women gain bottom first boobs last. I would have welcomed ANY weight gain from fenugreek but i never took the reccomended dosage which is generally around 4g. Just my humble opinion anyway.I think the fenu hype is a bit of hogwash..

Well three months on Goat's rue ... only more solid no added size.
