Hi all，im new to PM and im experiencing spotting after 1 week of PM
I get my PMC from ainterol, which is 500mg per capluse. I take 1 PMC daily this week and spotting begins yesterday. It is not like my period begins but dark brown fluid coming out.
I started PM a week ago, i take 1 capsule daily. And spottinh starts yesterday with the same condition as you, its not period , but very dark brown fluid coming out.
Im 20 and i am only 43kg. I want to know what is the suitable dosage for me
If i continues the pill, will my body gets adapted and goes back normal? Or should I stop taking PMC?
