Does anyone know if these are good for boobie growth? I thought I read on this site about these before, but I can't seem to find the post I remember seeing. They are so good so I hope that they are! They are good for many other things such as to help relax and sleep better, digestion, cure sore throats. Could someone please let me know, thanks so much in advance!

Dried ones are fine, it's great for women, wildly used in chinese herb tonic, great for NBE. For people who get acnes, take out seeds before use.

Any idea where you buy these in the UK? What do they look like? What is the chinese name for them in case I can go to chinatown?

Just check the pack I bought, it's called "dried red dates". Boil in water with dried longan, or even with dong quai, gau-qi, great boobie tea. (not directly for boobie growth, but "warm up" wombs, helps chi flows, common women's tea)

Oh these are the dates I've heard mentioned as good for NBE. I don't see why the fresh ones wouldn't work too.

Hi Fengshui!!!

I'm wondering what your experience has been with chinese date(jujube). You say it is boobie unfriendly, yet in another post you list a recipe for chinese date(jujube) tea.

Please let me know if you drink this tea to enlarge your breasts or if I should stay away from it.

I just bought 2 packages of the chinese dates(actually, the ones I bought were made in Korea).

If I can eat it, what are some other recipes I can use it for?

Thanks!

Jaz

hi, Jaz, i got all boobie food info from Taiwan's web-site, the fresh one is cold type, but the dry ones are wildly used in chinese herb tonic and very good for women, i had been on breaks since feb, i have been drinking donquai red dates tea after period everyday (dongquai should be avoid during periods), the feet soup and massage every now and then, my boobies are slightly bigger and fuller, but i also gained few lbs. Dry dates are good for "chi and blood" for women, there are many recipes in food and drink page you can use, but if you are easy to have acne, take out the seeds of red dates before use.

Hi Fengshui!

Yay! I will start using the red dates tonight!

How do you make your tea with Dong Quai?
Boil on the stove? If so, for how long?
Or do you just let them sit in your coffee cup with hot water?

And do you eat the red dates after the tea?

Thanks so much!!!
Jaz

hi, Jaz, i now use tea bags, but you can just use few pieces of dongquai, and 5 red dates or so, cut the red dates open, boil and simmer for 10 min, drink it while warm. take out the red dates seeds if you are easy to have acne.

forgot to mention, do not use dongquai while on periods, and i don't eat those red dates, but you can eat them if you want to.

My herbs contain Dong Quai why shouldn't they be taken while I have my period, I can't find this warning anywhere else?

Another question for fengshui

Fengshui, I was checking your pp page for the list of friendly and unfriendly boobie foods and saw that the red date(jujube) was listed in the unfriendly boobie food list. I was going to purchase this thinking it was actually beneficial for nbe. Is this right???

hi, darisha, all those things to be used for boobie teas r in dried form, not fresh ones. the fresh jujube and plum r cold type, but dried red dates r warm type in chinese medicine. it is being used widely in chinese herb tonic. dried red dates is very good for women for "chi" and "blood".

however, if u r easy to have acnes, take out the seeds of dried red dates (dried seedless red dates r available in chinese herb shop), cuz the seeds r very "hot".
it will work even better if u slice open the dried red dates and boil/simmer for a while.

those teas r all very good for women for chi flow and blood health. i recommend them especially if u have cramps during periods. in TW's forums, girls who don't have cramps during periods have better and faster results in NBE. (i just put it this way, in chinese medicine thinks womb and boobs r "connected") so please avoid "cold" type fruits and cold drinks totally during periods at least.

all the boobie teas u can drink them all the time, EXCEPT DONG QUAI!!!
any tonic contains dong quai is best to use AFTER periods. (recommend for 5~7 days straight)
