Breast massage question
January 27 2006 at 5:52 PM Ally (no login)
How are the breast massages supposed to be done? And in what direction? I didn't know it mattered, but I read a post from SugarQ that had a website and it explained that the right hand should be going clockwise and the left should be going counter-clockwise. Is that direction relative to you? The website also said that going in the opposite direction would decrease breast size, so whether or not it's true, I really don't want to chance it.
Thanks!

the direction is inwards for both breasts towards the center. i dont think that it matters but according to some sources rotating outwards was suppose to decrease breast size so just to be safe i would just follow the inward direction. the main thing is moving is circulation and stimulation. you want to increase circulation and you want to stimuate the breasts and the nipple get the brain to release hormones (mainly prolactin). so you can do kneading massage i really dont thing it matters a whole bunch. i gave 3 sites that all have the same breast massage exercise in it. they each explain how it should be done differently but in the end its the same inwards rubbing rotation.

ally, im believe it doest matter. but still follow the inwards rotation for sure. i get so many confusing sites that give different methods of massaging the breast for NBE. some say direct contact with the breast will cause shrinkage. its gets confusing but i just keep it simple and follow the massage technique that seemed to work for someone else. Lucille (f2f author) followed the inward rotation and she found that worked so i normally recommend just following her guide. but if you want to try something else then go for it.
the Deer/chi/reiki massage directions
1) place the left hand on the left breast and place the right hand on the right breast. spread your finger out a bit to over as much as the breast as possible. the palm should be over the nipple
2) press down lightly and rotate(rub the breast in a circular motion) toward the center of your chest. you should be rubing your nipples slightly(a little is good but too much can cause sensitivity and irritation). you should do about 300-400 rotations or about 5 minutes for the massage. also use a lubricant. a lotion or a breast enlargement cream or serum to do the massage.
check out lucilles picture. she drew a diagram of how the massage was suppose to be done.

Aside from drama, the chi massage for breast growth should be an essential part of everone's program.
