Purafem Cream/Serum

#1

Hello all,

I'm a bit wary of taking supplements orally as I had just tried fenugreek and found it messed me up pretty badly. I have gained about an inch through massage though so I'm hopeful that I can continue to see good results.

I've been looking into PM creams as it seems like PM is the most effective method. Purafem has good reviews and will ship to me [Ireland] but as it's pretty expensive I want to make sure it's good before I pay for it as I am a student and don't have that much cash.

Has anyone used Purafem and had any results? Would you recommend the cream over the serum or should I try both?

Hey guys!

Since no one replied, I guess no one's used it. So I figured I'd make this thread about my personal experience with it.

So I got it yesterday and have applied it twice so far. It's a bit thick - once you get enough of it on you it gets pretty sticky.

But no complaints!

I'm starting out with 35" at the fullest part of my bust and 30" underbust. I'll do a measurements every two weeks and see what happens.

Happy growing, everyone!

Hello all,

I've been using the cream for nearly a month now and I'm almost out of it - which admittedly does annoy me because I'd hoped it would last a bit longer.

The important bit: I did see growth. My breasts are fuller, and I'm somewhere between 35.5-36" now.

General review: The cream was incredibly thick and I found it rather sticky. Massaging it into the breast was fine, but I was unable to massage afterwards and I didn't want to put oil on top of it, so I haven't been massaging regularly.

I'm a bit strapped for cash, so I'm going to wait a couple weeks, see if the growth stays or disappears once the cream isn't being used, and then purchase the serum, so I can properly massage with it.

Anyways, I do recommend it for now. I hope this doesn't immediately regress once I'm not using it anymore. Honestly, I'm so happy with my boobs right now I'd be devastated if I lose it.

swiss botany makes a serum. on amazon for 29.99 (prime free shipping). it is 1 fl oz.

havnt used it myself. but there ya go... not too too expensive. might be worth the try?

Ingredients
Water (Aqua), Hydroxyethylcellulose(9004-62-0), Pueraria mirfica extract, Glucose, Xanthan Gum, Chondrus crispus, Polysorbate 20, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate (9003-59-2 / 9080-79-9 / 62744-35-8) Nicotinamide, Vitamin C, Glycosphere : Butylene Glycol (and) Water (and) Palmitoyl Hydroxypropyl Trimonium Amylopectin/Glycerin Crosspolymer (and) Ascorbic Acid (and) Lecithin, Farnesol, Linalool, Perfume: Baby Joice, Propylene Glycol

a lot of ingredients in that one.. xanthan gum is a thickener and Lecithin (most likely soy lecithin, is an emulsifier. Ascorbic acid helps absorb proteins the Propylene glycol , which is found in radiator fluid for your car as well as a lot of beauty products (mostly for hair) as well as in some processed foods. its is also hydrophilic (absorbs water). a lot of the rest, I do not know what it is or does. hope this helps a bit. witch hazel is used for tightening up the skin (found in hemmorhoid creams and wipes).

For your interest, the Purafem cream has the following ingredients: Pueriaria mirifica extract, Polysorbate 20, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch hazel) extract, nicotinamide hamamelis virginiana, sodium hyaluronate, centella asiastica extract, panax gingsenf root extract, butylene glycol, water, palmitoyl hydroxypropyl trimonium amylopectin/glycerin crosspolymer, phenoxyethanol, asorbic acid, hydrogenated leichtin.

So it looks like basically the same stuff. I should get that instead: the Purafem .5floz is 27$ and while that includes shipping, it's half the amount for almost the same price.

Thanks for the tip!

Hey hun I used a PM based serum and I had good results with it but it was another brand. I was growing around 1/2 an inch per month for the first 2 or 3 months. I have a program as well call my pm journey which has just begun. I am about to buy more as I have stopped all supplements and I would only use pm topically now. Best of luck!

I forgot to ask what massages have you been doing to gain the inch and how long were you massaging for every day? Thanks :-)
