Any Tips for Kangzhu Newbie???

#1

Hey Ladies,

I finally got my Kangzhu and I'm ready to try it. Since they didn't come with instructions, I'm looking for tips.

-How long should I pump a day?
-How much (CM) should I start with?

Anything else I should know?

Thanks!

You certainly want to keep the pressure light at first and increase it gradually. You'll hear different thoughts on time, but I think about an hour at a time is probably best. You can repeat multiple hours a day well enough, though. I have heard of good results from just an hour or two per day. Most of us aim for more, however. If there's soreness or bruising, stop until it heals up. In fact, I think it's as important to spend periods without doing suction as periods of doing it. Just as athletes must have rest periods between weight training, I think it helps to have healing periods of as much as a week or more now and then when doing breast suction.

i have been using the large kangzhu cups for awhile ..i'd like to try noogleberry with larger cups. i'm interested how the quality of the nb rims differ in contact and comfort from kangzhu …but, something i’ve recently sorta tripped on that’s really improved the overall experience involves a little item that’s been accumulating on my kitchen cabinet.

whenever i get a salad at my local grocery store coop, the cashier puts a big fat red rubber band around it. this is my routine ..i massage with oil ..then i use some commercial aloe vera gel all around my breast area and on the kangzhu rims so they easily slide around and i can more easily move them inward toward my sternum and upward so that they involve more of that breast area …the thing is, after they're on, they tend to migrate a bit outward toward my ribs creating roughly about a 1"-1.5” space at my sternum and also a bit downward …so, now, once i have both on and pumped, i put one of those big fat red rubber bands around both cups all the down to the base just above the silicon rims and another around both nipple valves ..these two together will hold the cups closer in place.

it really has made such a difference ..i don’t have to hold them close together and in place with my hands. otherwise, what wannabe said. oh, also, i'm not terribly regular with pumping, not like i should but i remember what hamishbreeze said on a blog she linked to which i found interesting and a bit motivational. here is the thread. here is her link.

hey there ..i was just rereading the hamishbreeze blog ..it's a good read but i was actually remembering another article where someone mentioned that the negative pressure created a matrix within the breast tissue ..i don't know if i bookmarked it ..a thunderstorm came through about 3am this morning and the electricity went out and all my open web pages were lost ...anyway, i'll look for it.

found the link i was trying to recall. here it is ...it was provided by gena in this thread

the line i thought was of interest was this one; 'The cones put suction on the breast area to expand the tissue and create a matrix for the fat to live in.'
idk, maybe, i was reading too much into it. they were talking about a successful fat graft. we, on the other hand, i guess, are encouraging our bodies to generate new tissue, .....connective tissue, glandular, fat ...this is the point where i get pretty fkg lost so i just shut up. i honestly get a bit confused cuz some people say we have a limited # of fat cells and these just expand and contract ...but maybe, mammary tissue experiences increased cellular growth, or ..oh nevermind

LOL, it's understandable. We ARE trying to encourage connective and glandular tissue development, but fat cell numbers are mostly constant, and purely mechanical means won't change them. We CAN encourage fat cell development, but that requires hormone changes, extra E2, P, and growth hormone, of which only growth hormone can be generated through mechanical means (exercise). The others require either bio-identical hormone or herbs.

oh my gosh, you just reminded me of an article about fat cells i read some time ago ..i hope i bookmarked it. i’ll check. anyway, i remember being absolutely flabbergasted how dizzyingly complex were these things called fat cells. i hope i can find it again.

i love reading these articles …even the pithy abstracts. usually, i feel accomplished if i understand even 2% but feel lucky if i actually retain 0.001%, still, i get some sense of the subject. what’s crazy is how many times i’ve either read or heard someone go on about the new fountain of youth ..msm, sheep placenta, melatonin, etc. there’s this guy who works in the health section of the grocery coop where i shop. he rarely talks but one day i caught him staring at my ass so i guess he felt obliged to make some apology conversation and god, he went on and on about melatonin, his own personal fountain of youth. he looked like hell so i took a grain of salt. i'm going to search for that bookmark.

Ah, the fountain of youth... There's no such thing, of course. Unfortunately. Aging is inevitable. There are things that can slow it, but the big thing about that all is about keeping life in balance. Faster aging is a result of imbalances. Another unfortunate reality is that once aging has taken its toll, there's really no way back short of surgical means...

I'd be interested if you find that article, but maybe in another thread, we've veered quite a ways off topic for this one.

love this little pict i pulled from here

p.s. hi FitChick ..didn't mean to hijack your thread ...my advice ..don't overpump ...overpumping can do damage. my thought is pumping is a little like exercising ..a bit of moderate exercise everyday is better than overexercising on an infrequent basis. i'd say moderate negative pressure for longer periods is best, imo ...anyway, you can't really undo damage. also, diet ..your body needs more protein, carbs and fats to build new tissue than it does for metabolic maintenance alone. i've been making smoothies and adding a quarter avocado and trying to add more good fats to my diet. and then there are those other boob things i've been hearing so much about ..estrogen, progesterone, prolactin and growth hormone. in the end, we're all subject to our genetic predispositions but it doesn't mean we can't push against them. best of luck to you. oh, i've been wondering about these volufiline products, too ..you know, how they impact fat cells ..very curious products on the market
