Strange title? Think I'm odd? Haha sorry, I'm really no good at talking or- typing to people and this is my first time posting though I've been lurking for quite the while now. I would also like to apologize if this information has already been shared, even though I tried to see if it has I might have missed something.
Alright, now that that's out of the way I'd like to introduce myself and get started.
Hi hello, I go by Hime(Princess) and I've literally wanted bigger breast since I got them. When I was younger I did develop faster than most but that didn't last long due to dance and gymnastics, drinking loads of coffee and being really thin. I didn't know about NBE so I just wished and hoped that someday I'd have bigger breast. Time skip to last year when I just curiously Googled "How to get bigger breast naturally" and found myself here. I started with a 29 underbust and 30 bust and I guess you could say my first program was listening to binaural beats, subliminals, doing chest workouts and massaging with any body oil I could get my desperate hands on... And it worked! After a one month I noticed fullness and after a few I got to a 29 underbust and 31 bust...where I stayed until recently. Although I was happy with the results I still wanted more and I became frustrated with my old "program" as it just wouldn't work anymore. I continued to massage this time with shea butter and coconut oil with vitamin E and even though I started to feel changes again my measurements stayed the same. Now, during this time I remember seeing someone on the site say that whatever cup size you are at you should love your breast (or, something along the lines) and I thought that was so funny because it seemed like I would never be able to do that. Then I found creative visualization.
I was always interested in the concept of subliminals and stuck with them throughout all my programs but I wanted to know how they really worked. So I looked into some subliminal makers on YouTube and saw their reply's on how they worked/the best time to use them/how to get the best results and that still didn't answer my questions. I wanted to know why this was so. So I Googled it. And due to the way I worded my search I was still left in the dark (arggh seriously fml ヽ( `д´*)ノ) and then one lovely day I waltzed into my wonderful town library and search the book catalog for books on visualization hoping that maybe a book could give my the answers I was looking for and I found Shakti Gawain's book on Creative Visualization. While it does not directly pertain to NBE I began to think the reason I wasn't getting anywhere was because I didn't like my breast and always had a doubt in my mind about really being able to get bigger breast. Even though her book gave me insight like I said it did not directly pertain to NBE and tbh, like the idiot I am only made a small connection to subliminals, self affirmations, creative visualization and bigger breast. Of course I had seen the book say that it could be applied to things like beauty and weight loss but as I said, I'm an idiot. So I turn to the omniscient Google again and finally find what I'm looking for. The importance of loving your current size, believing in your ability and stop preventing yourself from actually getting what you want and since I realize(d) it and trying it out myself I thought I should share.
First let's start with the concept itself, how in the world would thinking about something change something
Have you ever found yourself thinking about someone only to have them "coincidentally" show up/text you? Or have you ever had those terrible dreams in which you're falling or being chased and wake-up to your heart pounding and muscles tensed? Well baby that's 100% your minds influence on you. It's common knowledge that your brain is the control central of your body and yet people are so surprised at the concept of your brain changing your body. This is even better explained in this blog post with this being an excerpt:
More on the subject and how to do the technique is found on this blog with this (again) being an excerpt:
Now, if you've survived reading through all that you might think I have a few screws loose or that all of this is one crazy make believe ~*spiritual*~ nonsense that couldn't possibly apply to NBE but hey it does.
Here are other posting in other forums about there experience with Visualization/LawOfAttration
Another link I think you might find important is this one:
http://www.freeaffirmations.org/breast-e...firmations Listing self affirmations you can use just in-case you can't create your own.
Well, I curious on your thoughts now. I noticed the subliminal/hypnosis topic was dead around here and I thought I might bring it back up with some new reading material.

What makes humans different?
Unlike animals, humans have the gift of self-awareness and autonomy. We each have the power to take charge of our lives and environments, to create our own futures, without being bound by habit or instinct. When we look at the world around us, at the cities and landscapes mankind has wrought, from jet planes in the sky above to submersible craft in the seas below, it is worth remembering that each wonder began with nothing more than a thought. Both as a species and as individuals, thought is our greatest asset.
However, just because we have this power, doesn’t mean we all use it. Habit and instinct are strong bonds to break – countless generations of our ancestors struggled to free themselves, and many failed, before we got to where we are now.
The power of the mind
The most interesting thing about creative visualization techniques, or mind power techniques, is that they work firstly by affecting your nervous system. Your body often cannot tell the difference from an imagined situation from a real one. For example, if you close your eyes and imagine yourself in a dangerous situation – one drawn from real life, perhaps – and fully immerse yourself in that imagining, you may find that you start to breathe a little faster; your muscles tense; you can sense adrenalin beginning to flood your system.
Open your eyes, and it’s over. But so far as your body is concerned, you created a new reality: your mind has had a measurable effect on the physical world. Not only that, but your subconscious – that immensely powerful internal observer we all have within ourselves – has taken note of how you felt and reinforced its own message to itself: avoid anything that looks like it might lead to the dangerous situation. This is how creative visualization techniques impact upon your life, both external and internal.
How to harness this power using mind power techniques
Studies show that creative visualization techniques have various benefits, including improving your memory, confidence and certain skills. But the trick is how to harness them correctly; there is of course a down side to the powers of the mind. Everyone encounters stress and disappointment in their lives; and some people are more affected by these than others. Once your subconscious starts telling you you’re bound to fail – guess what, you probably will. Envisaging only failure, you may fail to put the hours in, discount what successes you do have, and build up exaggerated views of the obstacles in your way.
The secret to getting the universe to work for you is choosing the right tools and using them consistently and correctly. People who have successfully created the life of their dreams stay focused even when things aren’t going well. This may sound easy, but sometimes it can be a real struggle to conjure up the good emotions which are vital for proper, positive visualization.
One of the best tools for harnessing our powers, to date, is subliminal programming. “Subliminal” simply means something that speaks directly to your subconscious. In the past, this has taken the form of affirmation (repeating positive messages to oneself, over and over again) and visualization (unsupported imagining). But that’s a very twentieth-century concept: these days, a much better tool is at hand. Read on to find out what!

More on the subject and how to do the technique is found on this blog with this (again) being an excerpt:
Creative visualization is the fundamental technique underlying reality creation. It is the process of using your thought power to consciously imagine, create and attract to yourself that which you intend to experience in your life. Mastering creative visualization grants you direct control over your thoughts at the subconscious level. While there are several ways to programme the subconscious mind, visualization is the most effective and its results the most rapid.
The visualization techniques outlined here will enable you to harness the creative power of your thoughts to change your circumstances and consciously choose the life you create. There are five basic steps to visualizing your intentions for reality creation: Relax - Imagine - Feel - Believe - Detach. Click on each step to learn more.
Step 1 - Relax: The first step is to relax your body and empty your mind. Find a comfortable seat, sit upright, breathe deeply and steadily, count down slowly from 25 to 1 while relaxing all your muscle groups from head to toe. Empty your mind by focusing on your breathing.
Step 2 - Imagine: The second step in the creative visualization process is learning to imagine your intended outcome. Your imagination is the engine of your thoughts. It converts your thought power into mental images. Imagine your ideal reality in the present moment, bring your pictures to life as if watching a movie, concentrate your thoughts with laser like precision and indulge all your senses.
Step 3 - Feel: The third step is to really feel what it would feel like if you already had that which you have mentally chosen in the present physical moment. Where imagination is the engine of your thoughts, your feelings are the fuel. Your e-motions are energy in motion - they bring your images to life.
Step 4 - Believe: The fourth step is to believe that you already have your mental intentions in the present moment. The words of Jesus Christ were clear on this in Mark 11:24, "What things soever you ask for when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them". This is not about wishful thinking or lying to yourself. It is about knowing the scientific truth behind reality creation and having the kind of faith that is the "evidence of things not seen".
Step 5 - Detach: The fifth and final step in the creative visualization process cannot be emphasized enough - detachment. Detach yourself from the outcome you intend to see manifest in your life. Whenever you are attached to someone or something, you effectively strip yourself of your authentic power to consciously create the life you choose. You cannot be grateful or feel unconditional love or enjoy peace of mind when you are attached to the unfolding of a specific outcome, so detach, detach, detach.
Practice is Key: You must practice, practice, practice. Set aside a time each day for your creative visualizations, preferably once in the morning upon waking and once in the evening before you go to sleep. Both these times are ideal as your mind is already in a semi-relaxed state. Once you have mastered this simple five step process, you will see your life transforming in miraculous ways.
Getting On With It: Once you have completed the process, get on with the rest of your day. To bring yourself back to a normal waking state, simply continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically and count up from 1 to 5 consciously waking yourself from the relaxed state and slowly opening your eyes. Alternatively, if you are visualizing while in bed, you can allow yourself to drift off to sleep although it is perferable that you do not.
Leave the How up to the Universe: The focus of your visualizations must be on the outcome, not the process. Once you accept the truth about your thought power and that you are one with the One Universal Mind, you will be able to release any need to control the process. Instructing the all-knowing Universe "how" you want things to come about is telling Omniscience that you know better.
Take Inspired Action: Although the creative visualization process is one based on relaxation, physical action is required to successfully manifest your mental intentions. The key to taking action is to take only inspired action. This is not to sit and wait for the proverbial penny to drop and nor is it to run around in a frenzied state doing everything you can possibly think of doing in the hope that something works. It is about being calm and deliberate in the action you take, knowing that it is taking you toward your intended outcome. It is about listening to your intuition and following your natural instinct.
The Mind Works With Feedback: The more feedback you give your mind the easier it is to accept and internalise a new concept. If you are new to the idea that you create your reality with your thoughts, then it is natural that your mind may demand some proof. It is a great leap of faith to go from the belief that "things just happen to me" to "I make things happen". This is why it is best to start with something simple.
A favourite creative visualization exercise for beginners is to manifest a blue feather as in Richard Bach's book Illusions. Using the basic visualization steps, imagine a blue feather. Then think about it as often as you can for a day or two without obsessing over manifesting it. You will find that you will experience a blue feather in some way in your physical world within a very short period of time. Have fun with the process. Persevere but if you do not see your feather, let it go and come back to it later rather than become frustrated.
The more you experiment like this and succeed in manifesting simple things, the more the synapses will fire in your brain, creating a solid belief around the truth that you create your reality. Once you believe it in practice and not just in theory, then you are pretty much home free to create anything you choose.
In a nutshell, creative visualization is the fundamental process underlying your innate ability to consciously create your ideal reality. The five steps you must master in visualizing are to relax, imagine, feel and believe you already have that which you have mentally chosen and then detach from it. After you have completed the visualization process, preferably twice a day, get on with the rest of your day. Leave the how up to the all-knowing Universal Mind and commit yourself to taking inspired action towards your intended outcome. Read more here: http://www.mind-your-reality.com/creativ...ation.html
While I'm at it here's an excerpt from Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain:
Creative visualization is the technique of using your imagination to create what you want in your life. There is nothing at all new, strange, or unusual about creative visualization. You are already using it every day, every minute, in fact. It is your natural power of imagination, the basic creative energy of the universe, which you use constantly, whether or not you are aware of it.
To use creative visualization it is not necessary to believe in any metaphysical or spiritual ideas, though you must be willing to entertain certain concepts as being possible. It is not necessary to “have faith” in any power outside yourself.
The only thing necessary is that you have the desire to enrich your knowledge and experience, and an open enough mind to try something new in a positive spirit.
Four Basic Steps for Effective Creative Visualization
1. Set your goal
Decide on something you would like to have, work toward, realize, or create. It can be on any level — a job, a house, a relationship, a change in yourself, increased prosperity, a happier state of mind, improved health, beauty, a better physical condition, solving a problem in your family or community, or whatever.
At first, choose goals that are fairly easy for you to believe in, that you feel are possible to realize in the fairly near future. That way you won’t have to deal with too much negative resistance in yourself, and you can maximize your feelings of success as you are learning creative visualization. Later, when you have more practice, you can take on more difficult or challenging problems and issues.
2. Create a clear idea or picture
Create an idea, a mental picture, or a feeling of the object or situation exactly as you want it. You should think of it in the present tense as already existing the way you want it to be. Imagine yourself in the situation as you desire it, now. Include as many details as you can.
You may wish to make an actual physical picture of it as well, by making a treasure map (described in detail later). This is an optional step, not at all necessary, but often helpful (and fun!).
3. Focus on it often
Bring your idea or mental picture to mind often, both in quiet meditation periods, and also casually throughout the day, when you happen to think of it. In this way it becomes an integrated part of your life, and it becomes more of a reality for you.
Focus on it clearly, yet in a light, relaxed way. It’s important not to feel like you are striving too hard for it or putting an excessive amount of energy into it — that tends to hinder rather than help.
4. Give it positive energy
As you focus on your goal, think about it in a positive, encouraging way. Make strong positive statements to yourself: that it exists; that it has come or is now coming to you. See yourself receiving or achieving it. These positive statements are called “affirmations.” While you use affirmations, try to temporarily suspend any doubts or disbelief you may have, at least for the moment, and practice getting the feeling that what you desire is very real and possible.
Continue to work with this process until you achieve your goal, or no longer have the desire to do so. Remember that goals often change before they are realized, which is a perfectly natural part of the human process of change and growth. So don’t try to prolong it any longer than you have energy for it — if you lose interest it may mean that it’s time for a new look at what you want.
If you find that a goal has changed for you, be sure to acknowledge that to yourself. Get clear in your mind the fact that you are no longer focusing on your previous goal. End the cycle of the old, and begin the cycle of the new. This helps you avoid getting confused, or feeling that you’ve “failed” when you have simply changed.
When you achieve a goal, be sure to acknowledge consciously to yourself that it has been completed. Often we achieve things that we have been desiring and visualizing, and we forget to even notice that we have succeeded! So give yourself some appreciation and a pat on the back, and be sure to thank the universe for fulfilling your requests.

Hehe. Regardless, I am so enthused about this manifestation occurring right before my eyes. I thought about breast size from an early age, even before age 10, but stayed on the small side my whole life. This has been something I've tried for again and again in the past--what exercise, what meditation, what visualization can I do to get bigger boobs?!? In fact my initial interest in Law of Attraction MIGHT have been around 75% boob-motivated back then, haha! I know now that that strong desire was REALLY about feeling so inadequate and wanting to feel confident, worthy, and beautiful. But I wanted the chest too! I've bounced back and forth between, "It's possible!" and "It's not happening for ME." In other words, I hadn't picked a direction and continued in a straight line to that destination--I see that now. I was all over the place, waiting to see evidence before I really believed. BUT OMS, I'm 23 now, and they are REALLY growing.
They are sore and tender, and not a PMS feeling, but a soreness that is EXACTLY the same as during puberty (is anyone uncomfortable yet?). Then they started looking bigger to me. I asked my boyfriend, "Do my boobs look bigger?" He said, "Mm... not really." I said, "Ok, rounder maybe?" He said, "Yeah they do look rounder actually." That was like, 2 days ago.
BUT THEN this morning I was about to jump into the shower, and he said, "They DO look bigger!" and then he grabbed them and said, "THEY'RE HUGE!" LOL! I am giggling just thinking about it. I've been wearing a basic, cloth bra all week (more comfortable for sore boobs!). It has no padding, no underwire, nothing--and I'm looking at how my chest look under clothing--it looks like I'm wearing my padded bras! In the past if I didn't wear a padded bra, I looked almost flat. Now, who needs a padded bra?!
YAY!!!!!!!!!! A desire held for at least 15 years in the Vortex, now coming into physical form. Feels good!!!! Read more here: http://www.abeforum.com/showthread.php?31048-Bust-increasing-in-size!&s=d33c3e84fc02ff7619988dfb99672fc2

Another link I think you might find important is this one:

Well, I curious on your thoughts now. I noticed the subliminal/hypnosis topic was dead around here and I thought I might bring it back up with some new reading material.
