Depends on how long you have been growing breasts or how long after you started budding.
They usually come after tissue growth and are totally normal.

Thank you for responding! I have been doing capsules and massage for about 3 months now. I had itching and soreness during the second month but have not experienced that "knot" that I've heard you develop under your nipple when you're about to grow.
