Amazon ads are being sneaky and covering the whole page invisibly when I browse the site on my mobile device. In order to click on any topics I must back out of the amazon ad then click the topic a second time while fully zoomed in.

I don't think that's tied to the site - I think it's Amazon's and Google's choice of advertisers.
I get that on a LOT of sites - it's only bad on mobile. On a desktop, I can block it, but I haven't found a popup blocker that works for those ads on a mobile device.
