Hmm never heard of that. I have L arginine at home, sort of on the fence about using it. I wondered if food or lifestyle strategies might help. Il look into this L Citrulline thanks.

Ok thank you. Now i realise why i didnt want to take arginine as an isolated supp. It helps heart conditons but is also contraindicated. Bloody hell.
