Common Walnut leaves contains Progesterone

#1

Hi everyone!

I saw this article the other day

https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20...144815.htm

It is about the common (English) walnut tree leaves that contains actual progesterone. I don't know the dose. But I also saw other great benefits like anti cancer and prevention of type 2 diabetes, anti fungal, anti bacterial etc. Have absolutely no idea how much of these claims are actually backed up by science, so I take them with a grain of salt.

But nontheless it really does contain progesterone.
I ordered myself some leaves, because who would I be not to try this out right Wink

What should I do with it? Make tea, or make an alcohol extract with it?

Other ideas are welcome.
I ordered 1 kilo (2.2 lbs) so I don't mind if I wasted a little bit to something that didn't work. Was fairly cheap anyway.

Anyone ever tried it or seen someone try it?

Xxx ellen

P.s. There are different kinds of walnut tree types, Juglans regia, is the type they write about
