This is my second time trying NBE. Last year I had to stop because my boobs started hurtig so much I couldn't wear a bra. Now I am on my herbs and massage routine again but  this time I go braless 24/7. I'm a week in to  my routine and boobs are becoming  soo trender again I can't even wear a bralette. But without one I feel OK but it's not easy dressing for the office....

How will going braless affect my growth ? Will the tenderness go away after some time?
