My first post

#1

Hello everyone! So I've been publicly reading up on this site and have gotten some good info but decided to join today. I've been using the Bosom Beauty since the end of January 2019. I did not take measurements but did notice some growth - breasts feeling more full and bras are much tighter. I started on the 7 / 8 setting with small cups, but my breasts grew to the point that they filled up the cups so I bought some larger cups on eBay (not from the Gismostore site, but a knock off brand). I've been using the Bosom Beauty at level 9, and usually on the "boost" setting (the strongest setting you can yet from it) and the cups are pretty large. I usually fill the cups entirely by the end of a one hour pumping session - maybe for about the last 10 minutes. I've been trying to pump about 1 - 2 hours per day, maybe skipping a day every other week. Recently, it seems like I've hit a plateau. I've read on here that it's good to take a break once in awhile, but I haven't found any guidelines for this. Does anyone have any feedback about taking breaks? Or maybe the cups are too big? I also have some skin damage on my left breast / armpit area from the cup / pumping - a brown mark. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks in advance ?

cheers nellnell8  ...over-pumping can damage skin, connective tissue, nerves, lymph vessels, veins, etc. ..not to be so scary but yes, take breaks, there aren't guidelines but if the breast cups are uncomfortable, pressing against your rib wall and causing pain then you need to back off. just be gentle, that's my personal guideline ..with massage, too. i used to pump more, now, just weekends, mostly, one or two 45min sessions.

oh, hey. glad you're here. just fyi, i think everybody experiences plateau's ..i know i do, then, i get happy cuz they seem to get into a growing phase, then discouraged cuz they cycle down, then happy ..my boobs really show their monthly ups and downs. also, it's not quite as easy to see growth if you're a b or c than if you're an a. the cups have given my breasts a wider, rounder base, so, i know a good bit of my growth has occurred near the chest wall.

Thanks so much for your feedback! I'll add in a couple of breaks this week and start incorporating massage Smile

Hi Nell
Welcome!
Like Solome said take a break.
Everyone is very different so you have to gauge when to take your breaks and for how long.
and if your feeling a bit of pain or numbness you need to re adjust your domes or take a break.
I have discovered, thanks to SweetOrange, that heat after you noogle helps a lot too!
Happy growing and Patience is the key here. You just cant suckk your way to a D cup over night!

Thanks Bobbi! I'll also try the heat after pumping, I've read about that but haven't tried it yet Smile
