I had a quick look at benefits of bee propolis and I found it’s very rich in bioflavonoids and many vitamins including Vit C and minerals. It is a powerful antioxidant and immunity builder. I bought liquid extract from Y.S eco bee farm it really taste like orange peel
. It would great with MSM and collagen for NBE

royal jelly too.
im going to use up my proplus cause its said to help the body with radiation exposure from cellphones etc. im not opposed to trying the jelly too

Thank you for this Ella. I have been using bee pollen and propolis but not royal jelly. I would buy it.

Thank you for this Ella. I have been using bee pollen and propolis but not royal jelly. I would buy it.
bee pollen is amazing too thanks for reminding me. i was thinking about a new multi but between all the bee products i firgot how amazing bee pollen is and moringa too! also good for boobs

What a coincidence! I am cooking some fresh Moringa leaves got from my graden. Muringa is amazing for cleansing as well!
Also I heard not to mix bee propolis and honey! I dont know science behind it!
