These days, I am confused several symptoms of NBE.

Does anyone know about the different breast pain beteween PMS and NBE?

I found this article. And you can concentrate PMS's symptoms.

Among this site, PMS causes breast tenderness before menstruation. And that breast pain or swelling improves (?) during a period or right after.
