Lisa - It's hard to know what to try.....

I've looked into the various herbs and substances available for NBE that it's hard to know what the best one is for me. It seems it's an individual thing, what works for one might not work for another and you have to experiment to see what the right program is for you. I just don't want to waste any precious time being committed to something that isn't what will work best for me! So lets see.....I'm 40, 5'5", 130 lbs., and am currently a bra size 36 A - B, depending on the particular bra. At the fullest part of my breasts I measure 35 1/2 inches around. Luckily, even through five pregnancies and breast feeding for 4 of them, the gals still look pretty good! Although I want them to be bigger, so here I am. I'd be happy to end up a full B cup, never to have to purchase an A cup bra again. But once I reach that point I will keep going to see if I can reach a C cup.

I started taking Breast Gain+ one week ago. The very day after I began taking it, my boobs got very sore. Although with me, sore boobs happen some months and not other months related to PMS, so I wasn't sure what to think. They continue to be sore, but either I'm getting used to the pain or the pain is lessening a bit. I haven't pulled out the tape measure yet, because I don't think there would be a measurable gain this fast, but they do feel fuller. Like someone else noted in one of their entries, when I lean forward bra-less they don't seem as narrow as they seemed before. I also feel fuller in the cups of my bras.

My fear is that the doses of herbs in BG+ seems very low compared to the doses I'm reading are recommended in a program of using individual herbs. BG+ only gives the following doses once per day:
60 iu vitamin E
400mg fenugreek seed
350mg fennel seed
250mg dong quai root
125mg blessed thistle root
125mg dandelion root
50mg whole kelp
50mg watercress leaf
50mg L-Tyrosine

I've also ordered a trial size bottle of PM serum for massage, but it hasn't been delivered yet. I'm going to pick up some of the Palmer's bust firming cream I've read so much about here and start massaging with that for the time being.

I've cut way down on caffeine and carbonation and it's almost non-existent in my diet at this point. If I occasionally have any, I make sure it's later in the day, since I take my BG+ pills once a day in the morning.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I'm wondering if I should add Saw Palmetto and additional Fenugreek supplements along with the BG+ to up the doses without wasting the bottle of BG+ I've already spent $50 on. I received my sample of PM serum and started it last night, used it again this morning and my boobs are fuller. I think it's going to be vital to use something like this along with the oral herbs along with the massage and maybe even heat too.
I've decided that there's probably not high enough doses of herbs in BG+ so I'm going to double up on the daily dose until I'm done with the bottle I bought and then put together individual herbs like so many others are doing here.
Wondering if Wild Yam cream will give the same effects as PM serum will when rubbed onto the breasts directly, because it would be a much cheaper alternative.
Haven't pulled out the tape measure yet. Period due to come in about 10 days, so I'm trying to stay level headed about the fact that if I've gained in measurement, I need to be sure it isn't PMS related and temporary. They are definitely fuller, somewhat sore, and feel a little heavy. Similar to the way they sometimes felt during breast-feeding when the milk would start to build up when a feeding time was approaching. I really think this is going to work and am so glad I decided to do it!

Posted the pic! Added Saw Palmetto into the program yesterday, taking 600mg AM and 600mg PM. The BG+ I'm finishing up has the Fennugreek and Fennel in it, so as soon as I finish the bottle I'll add those in as separate herbs with the Saw Palmetto and also start with the Wild Yam cream. It's difficult to get around to the massages, but I know they are vital so I'll try to be better about them. I'd like to add a protein shake into the mix daily too, just need to find one I like. Tried a soy based one out, was so thick I felt like I was drinking cake batter, lol. Will keep searching.

Ok, so since I'm buying my separate herbs tomorrow and still have enough BG+ on hand, today I added in a third daily round of pills. So it's 2 BG+ and 1 saw palmetto (600mg) 3 x daily. I still have a little bit of the pm serum sample left, so I'm using it up, but I'm wondering if it's really doing much. Maybe it's a temporary plumper? I think I might have better results with the wild yam cream. The biggest thing I neglect is the massages. It's hard to take 5 or 10 minutes out of my day twice a day to do this with work and kids and all, but I know it's important. I make sure I spend extra time in the hot shower for heat on the chest, but I've got to find my heating pad and I want to use that more. Will update in a few days when I'm using the separate herbs.

Here's my current program:

600mg saw palmetto 3 x day
480mg fennel 3 x day
405mg wild yam 3 x day
610 mg fennugreek 3 x day
wild yam cream (14% strength) applied to breasts in the morning and in the evening
palmer's cream (containing cocoa butter and collagen and vitamin E) used for massage in evening

I've adjusted my program around a little bit so far, but it's only been 2 weeks. I measured last night and have gained 1/4 inch (in cup measurement). Just got my period today, so I'll remeasure in about 5 days or so to be sure the 1/4 inch gain stays. My breasts do feel different than they normally do at this time of the month, so my hope is that it's the NBE working! They are firmer as well. I'm normally not spilling out of my bra at this time of month, or any other time of month for that matter, so I think I'm progressing. I'll be going bra shopping tonight and hoping to fit well into a 36B, or at least close enough to well that I can comfortably wear it and look good. If so, I'll put the A's away! I bought some vitex, but am not going to add it in just yet. Yay boobies! :-)

Went shopping last night and bought 4 new bras of different styles, all 36 B and I fill the cups up perfectly now! Yay! So much more comfortable in them than the A's that started squeezing the gals way too much, lol. On to the work for C cups now! I know my doses of herbs aren't as high as I've seen that some of the other ladies are on, but with having good success so far in just 2 weeks I'm trying to take it slow and stick with what's working for as long as it seems to be working. I will probably add the Vitex in next week and keep all other herbs the same along with it and see how it goes. I don't want to jump ahead of myself and end up on such high doses that I'm counter-productive. So far so good! :-)
PS: The particular Palmers I'm using is the one for stretch mark prevention that contains cocoa butter, vitamin e, collagen, and elastin. I did end up with minor stretch marks on my boobs from the times I was breastfeeding the babies.

I added vitex in over the weekend. I'm taking 800mg AM and 800mg PM. I will re-evaluate the individual herb dosages this week and see if I need to change anything. I don't want to over-do it though, especially with adding the vitex in. I'm on day 5 of my cycle and have kept the 1/4 inch gain, so now I'm 35 3/4 inches. Small gain, but I'm happy with it for how early on it is. I've noticed them filling out quite a bit on the outsides. I'm hoping for the smaller one to catch up to the bigger one, and for both of them to fill out more at the top. I don't feel as sore anymore, but I'm not worried. I still get the tingles and the feelings of fullness and occasional aches so I believe I'm still on the right track. I'm considering getting a manual breast pump (not brava) and doing the 15 minutes a few times a day with that. It seems some have had luck with that. It's only $20, so it's not a big investment and could be a help.

I am going to experiment with cutting out the fennel and upping the fennugreek a little. So.....

fennugreek 610mg: 1 morning, 2 afternoon, 1 evening
Saw Palmetto 600mg: 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 1 evening
Wild Yam 405mg: 1 morning, 1 afternoon, 1 evening
Vitex 400mg: 2 morning, 2 evening

wild yam cream (14% strength) applied to breasts morning and evening, massage with Palmer's cream for stretch marks evening before applying wild yam cream

Adding flax oil into the program. 1000mg, bottle says to take 3 per day, so I'll start with that and see how it goes.

Goofy as it seems, I got an inexpensive manual breast pump and I'm using it on the smaller breast twice a day for 15 minutes at a time to see what happens. I used it for the first time last night and I must say that my boob is more sore than usual today. Hopefully that's a good thing, lol. It seems like they are both getting fuller again now so it's hard to say if the pump has anything to do with anything yet, it's too soon to know. Feel like I'm going through a growth spurt again though with the fullness and heaviness. Can't remember if I've been at this for 3 weeks or 4 weeks now. At any rate, I'm pleased so far. :-)

FORGOT TO ADD.....
I switched cocoa butter creams last week because the palmer's contains mineral oil. I'm using Paradise Gold instead, it's of a higher cocoa butter content and also has shea butter and vitamin E and some other goodies. I love the way it feels and smells. Yummo!

I'm thankful for being able to have a personal program page, if anything it gives me the place to "journal" what's happening with the dates automatically put in for later reference. Love it! Anyway.....I'm strangely having a day of lots of fullness and tingles today, so that's good. But coincidently I've decided to stop the vitex for now. I'm reading too much about vitex working best either alone or with very few other things. I feel like at this stage I'm trying to use as many of the right herbs as possible at the right doses and concentrate on the massages and the right creams, etc., and I feel like the vitex is perhaps wasted on me right now. Maybe when I'm in the maintenance stage it'll be better for me. I'm going to think about my routine a little bit and alter things to maybe take the strongest elements before bed to take advantage of that window of time after falling asleep that growth is at it's potential. Ordered PM cream today, so I'll give that a go when it arrives instead of the wild yam. I also bought licorice root tea yesterday and I'm trying to have a cup of it in the afternoon daily. It's good for NBE and it tastes wonderfully sweet! It keeps me from snacking, so that's good. :-)

Ok, made a few small changes. Cut out the vitex. Here's my program:

AM: 1 fennugreek, 1 fennel, 1 SP, 1 WY
3pm: 1 fennugreek, 1 fennel, 1 SP, 1 WY
PM: 2 fennugreek, 1 red clover, 1 SP, 1 WY

Also still with the wild yam cream twice a day and the cocoa butter massage once a day. I drink a cup of warm licorice root tea in the afternoon as well. TONS of pains today, lots of fullness since yesterday too. Waiting to re-measure and take a new pic, but I can feel the progress continuing. :-)

I'm out of SP now and I'm going to try nettle root instead. I've had trouble finding it and just ordered it from iherb.com, so it should arrive in a few days. Still waiting for PM cream to arrive too. I'd love to cut down on pills, but I'm getting messages that everything I'm on is good in combination with each other, so I'll just stick with it. I've gotten lazy about the pump, so I'm not really using it at the moment.

Current program:
AM: 610mg fennugreek, 480mg fennel, 405mg wild yam, 500mg nettle root (when it arrives)
AFTERNOON: same as above plus 1000mg flax oil
PM: as above - fennugreek, fennel, wild yam, nettle root, plus 2 red clover (can't remember mg#, will ad info in later)

I also massage with cocoa butter cream nightly and I apply wild yam cream morning and night and I drink licorice root tea in the afternoon as often as possible.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I'm wondering if I should add Saw Palmetto and additional Fenugreek supplements along with the BG+ to up the doses without wasting the bottle of BG+ I've already spent $50 on. I welcome any ideas anyone may have! I'm also wondering if BO or PM pills are a better way to go, but I'm just not sure. I've had issues with severe headaches in the past when I was on birth control pills and haven't had any now since going off them 2 years ago, so I'm wary to get into a program that's going to freak out my hormones too greatly incase it causes headaches like the pill did.

The pictures and the messages posted have been helpful and give me hope that this really can and does work! Surgery is financially out of the question, not to mention frightening. On the red clover it's 1000mg total at night. PM cream arrived yesterday so I've started on it twice a day.

My fear is that the doses of herbs in BG+ seems very low compared to the doses I'm reading are recommended in a program of using individual herbs. BG+ only gives the following doses once per day:

125mg dandelion root

50mg watercress leaf

Ok, small changes. I'm going to up the flax to taking 1 three times a day since that's what the bottle suggests. Also, of the above recent herb doses I'm on, I've decided to just take one of everything three times a day. I'm concerned that otherwise maybe I'm taking too much and I've read so much about how taking doses that are too high can actually cause you to stall. I still feel the pains and fullness and tingles, but less often now than before so I want to be sure I'm not over-doing it and being counter-productive. I'm using the PM cream twice a day, but it has caused me to slack on the cocoa butter massages and I need to get that figured out. I drink the licorice tea in the afternoon too. The growth seems to be slower now than it was in the beginning, but I can't get discouraged. This process sometimes takes several months for significant growth. Some people even have to do it for a year to grow as much as they want to grow. I'm just begining my second month, so I have to be patient. :-)

I posted an updated pic last week. I'm happy that others have been able to see my growth from the pics too! Sometimes I feel like I'm so obsessed with every tiny little change that is visible with my boobs that maybe I'm seeing something that isn't really there, but I know that's not true! Mainly the measuring tape needs to be burned, lol. That thin band of measuring tape can't possibly accurately reflect whether or not there is progress! It's more about the changes in how you fit into your bras that lets you know what's going on. It's beneficial to look at pics too and you can actually see where you're filling out. I'm not that much bigger in the new pic than the old one, but just fuller enough to even change the way my bikini top fits. And I didn't alter it, I left it tied and sitting in my drawer inbetween times I took the old pic and new pic so I would know that looking different wasn't from having tied the top tighter or looser. I never measured above or below the nipples so that I would know how much growth there was in those areas, since back in the beginning I was ignorant to how irrelevant that one measurement around the fullest part of the boobs (nipples) could be. I'm fuller all over, so I'm happy. I've still got a ways to go though! I will be a full C when this is all said and done. I'm still doing what I talked about in the last post here as far as taking 1 of everything three times a day. I use wild yam cream in the morning now and PM cream in the evening. The PM cream was expenive, $40 for a small jar that would surely be gone within about 2 weeks if I use it twice a day, so I'm trying to stretch it out by using it only once a day. It's funny, when I added the wild yam back in yesterday morning I noticed by the late afternoon that my boobs were perhaps as full as they've been so far! So hopefully this means something good. Curiously too, I was very busy helping my son and his girlfriend move over the weekend and only took my herbs twice a day rather than three times a day and I felt more pains that I normally do. Could this emphasize even more that less is more theory about the herb doses? Who knows. Trying not to "fix" what isn't broken here with changing my program, but when I think about myself a few months down the line I am considering eventually switching to PM pills so that I can for one take less pills per day and also to perhaps give my body a "break" from my current herbs. I'm trying to live by "The Secret" with NBE and as I've "asked" the universe for full C cup size boobs, I am "believing" that I have received that gift! I also affirm that it comes quickly and easily and is permanent. Yay! :-)

You are a miricle, five pregnancies and your body is so youthful. you're getting there, give it a bit more time, the PM cream is good, it adds fullness, I use it on my smaller one, but I'm working on it.

So, it's been a month now and I pulled out the tape measure last night. I've now grown a total of half an inch. YAY!!! I very much see that the sides of my boobs have filled in and my husband thinks the bottoms are larger too, he says he used to be able to look at me from the front and see the "crease" where the bottom of my boob would end and go into the straight part over my ribs, and now he the bottoms hang down more over that crease and he can't see it so easily. I'm so happy! I'm looking forward to getting more growth now in the upper portion of my boobs above the nipples. It's fuller, puffier, and it seems that is what happens prior to the actual real growth taking place. I'm not changing anything with my program right now because I'm having steady results. :-)

i'm glad to see that you have progress. i seen in your previous post that you cant find a protein shake that you like. I drink muscle milk(bannanas and creme). It taste so good and it doesnt have that horrible fibery taste. I tried the other flavor but banans and creme tast the best. look it up on ebay

Not sure why, but I'm wondering if the nettle root is necessary for me. I'm going to experiment with ramping up my fennugreek a bit and stopping the nettle root to see what happens. Today I added one extra fennugreek in, and I'll just see how I feel as the days go on, I may add more. I am still getting pains occasionally, but not as much as before. Although that doesn't always mean anything. I haven't lost any growth, so that is good. And strangely my period is due any time now and I don't really feel it like I normally would. I think the herbs are balancing me out in a sense enough that I'm not having the usual breast tenderness and bloating and headaches that I normally would when my period's approaching, but that's just a guess. I also think I need to begin pec exercises because there's a possibility that as I grow I will be a bit saggy since I've breast-fed 4 kiddos and because of my age. I don't do well with pushups because I have issues with my back and neck and hands and what-not due to arthritis, but we have an exercise machine that I think I can do pec exercises on, I have to ask my hubby to help me with it. I want faster growth! But overall I think I'm doing great for being only about 6 weeks into this adventure.

I've cut way down on caffeine and carbonation and it's almost non-existent in my diet at this point. If I occasionally have any, I make sure it's later in the day, since I take my BG+ pills once a day in the morning.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I'm wondering if I should add Saw Palmetto and additional Fenugreek supplements along with the BG+ to up the doses without wasting the bottle of BG+ I've already spent $50 on. Ok, so I started the exercises yesterday with the cross bow machine, I'm just doing chest presses and butterflies for my chest muscles. They are sore! My muscles respond quickly when I exercise, so I'm hoping that within a week to two weeks I'll see some more definition in my pecs. I think this is important, because it can make the boobs look perkier! Lots of my growth seems to be happening on the bottom and the sides so far too, and I remember a few years back when I was exercising the pecs it made me seem more filled out up top, even though it was just a little bit of muscle gain. It's a helpful illusion! I also did drop the nettle root and add an extra dose of fennugreek in daily, so now I'm up to 2,440mg on the fennugreek. I've still retained the half inch of growth I've had so far. It's day 3 of my cycle and I've noticed for the second time now the herbs I'm on make my period lighter and less symptomatic than it was before. Pondering what to do about the PM cream, I'm going to run out of it shortly and it was a little bit costly. I'm unsure if I want to keep using it, but I think it's been beneficial. :-)

So I'm wondering if the ramping up I'm doing on the fennugreek is causing headaches that I've been having. I think I will go back down to my normal dose, and maybe add some teas into the picture so that I can ramp up only a small amount. I'm considering adding blessed thistle in as well, and I think there are teas that will allow me to do that easily. I'm still experimenting with not using the nettle root. I don't really feel so many actual pains lately, but I feel growing taking place. I feel a bit like I did right before I gained my last 1/4 inch of growth on the tape measure, like I'm filling in more and getting bigger and like it's going to hit the tape measure soon. :-)

It seems like sometimes the fenugreek is giving me a headache, and sometimes not. I'll just keep experimenting, but I'm trying to do the 2400mg per day with it. I bought mothers milk tea to ad in some extra herbs, but so far I've only had it a few times. I need to study the doses in it to see if I need to alter my other herbs though, just haven't had a chance lately with how busy I've been. Feel heavier and fuller and tingly sometimes, but not having pains anymore. Not sure if this means anything or not. Impatient! Trying to work all the bugs out and stay with the current course I'm on for at least a 3 or 4 month total before I decide if I want to try something else instead. Worried about the lack of proof regarding safety of BO, leaning possibly towards PM. I don't really "massage" anymore, I just take a few minutes twice a day to do a good "rub in" with either my wild yam or my PM cream. Trying to keep up with the exercises, but haven't been so good about it the past few days. Lots going on in my life right now, getting laid off from work this week. So, overall still happy with results so far, just want more to happen and faster and am a little unsure of my program.

The PM cream is a cream with a high concentration of the phyto-estrogenic herb pueraria mirifica (I may have spelled that wrong). I got my cocoa butter at Walgreens, I'm not sure what country you're in, but it's just a regular drug store that we have in Arizona. Good luck! :-)

I feel as though I'm still growing, although at a slower pace now. I have been a bit lazy lately and have missed herb doses here and there. I'm not working right now, so for the hopefully very temporary time being, I will be home most days and plan to work on exercising more and eating better. I will be better about not missing herb doses as well. I'm out of a few things, so at the moment I'm just doing wild yam cream in the mornings, and using a boobie batter I made in the evenings. It's soy oil with fennugreek and fennel. It smells syrupy but feels very good on the skin! Hopefully it'll help. I'm taking 2 fennugreek 2 times a day and then 1 for the third dose of the day. 3 nettle root per day, 3 fennel per day, and 3 red clover per day. I'm also taking 2000mg of flax oil per day. I will incorporate 1 cup of licorice tea into the afternoons. I have some mother's milk tea as well which I might use occasionally. I have actually ordered silica to help with growing my hair, it should be here any day now. :-)

I've been so lazy lately about taking my herbs all 3 times a day! I was laid off at work so my daily "schedule" has kindof been tossed around and I've been trying to get used to the new routine at home. Then I got sick and didn't take any herbs for about 5 days or so. I'm trying to get back into good habbits with it, but most days I probably only get 2 doses. I'm out of a few things too. So at the moment I'm taking just the nettle root, fennugreek, and red clover. Still taking flax oil and also taking silica for help with growing my hair longer. I use the wild yam cream still and also made a batter of soy oil with some of the herbs I take worked into it, and I think that's really actually doing a bit of good. I'm still growing. Noticing more and more fullness in the width of my boobs, and when I measure, which I don't rely too heavily on, I'm just a tad past a half inch gain now. Slow, but steady. :-)

Still being lazy with my herbs! I'm only taking fennugreek twice a day and nettle root twice a day, and sometimes I'll also grab a red clover but it's usually just once a day. I'm lazy about the flax too, some days I take it and some days I don't. I'm taking silica once a day for help with growing my hair longer. I'm good about doing the wild yam cream every morning and the soy oil with herbs in it every evening, so I think the fact that I'm maintaining my growth and still filling in more and more even though I've cut way back on my herbs means those two things are helping considerably. My period is a little late, and my boobs are more sore the past few days than they had been before, so I'm not sure what's going on. I tried on last summer's bikini top and I fill it in a lot better than I did last summer! I feel encouraged to keep things up and to try to remember to at least take my fennugreek and my nettle root three times a day from now on and keep up with the batters I'm using. I think all the herbs I was taking got to be too much for me. I'm happier taking less, and I'm still progressing. Yay! Will ask my hubby to take a new pic this weekend and post to see if any changes are visible from the last pic. :-)

Gosh, I hadn't measured in a while and last night I measured and if I'm correct, I've now gained an inch total. It makes sense, because lately sometimes when I'm sitting around the house in my lazy clothes without a bra I can look down at them and I think to myself "damn, they are so much bigger than they used to be"! Yay! Will measure again in a few days though to be sure it wasn't some temporary weird moment. My period started, but for me I don't notice growth going up and down with my periods. I'm going to try my pump again to see if it helps too.

Geez I might have mis-measured, I'm actually measuring at 37 inches now which means I've gained an inch and a half. Woohoo! Gotta take a pic soon.

I'm not sure I'm a "true" C cup yet, I'd have to try on more bras. But I noticed that one of my B cup bras was starting to feel tight in the cups. I felt kindof smashed inward when I wore it lately. So while I was at Target the other day I decided to try on a C cup and see how far away I was. It fit. I can't believe it! Now, maybe their bras run small or something? I'm not sure. I don't care though, I'm wearing a bra that fits and it's a 36C! I can still fit into the B cups, but I'm really starting to over-fill them more now. You know, for me I have a wide rib cage (hence the 36 size), and as my boobs are filling in and growing I notice that they are wide as well. I think that no 2 "C" cup people are exactly the same. It depends on the shape of your boobs. With my width and now having started growing outward a bit I can fill in the larger cup. Where someone else who fits into a 36 C might look much bustier than I do, I fit into it as well. I don't think I realized that before, I thought my boobs would grow and I'd look like I had implants as far as getting lots of fullness on top. Not necessarily so, at least not so far anyway. Natural boobs on a 40 year old will look a bit different! It's ok though, I'm LOVING them. My husband is tired of hearing me talk about how amazed I am that I'm growing boobs, lol. He loves them, but I think he's over hearing about them. Anyway, my program is simple right now. Here it is:

fenugreek, red clover, nettle root - 3 times per day (doses are above)
flax oil - once a day
(silica for growing my hair long - once a day)
wild yam cream rubbed in every morning, soy oil infused with herbs rubbed in every night
Mothers Milk tea - I try to drink 2 cups a day, but I don't worry if I miss it sometimes, it's just an extra
soy milk - one glass a day
*and I've gone back to using my pump, 15 minutes per side per day is usually all I have time for, but if possible I sometimes do it a second time

I think I've learned that less is more when it comes to my program. I wish I had topless pictures because I think the growth would be so much more visible, but my hubby is against that so my pics are in my bikini top. I will post a new pic this weekend. :-)

Ok, so I read about the growyours.com info in a thread here and decided to check it out. You can basically sign up to receive the information and try it out for free. I just started it today. Without divulging too much because they ask people not to, it is the equivalent of a rigorous massage element addded into the program. I've gotten lazy about massage and do not do it anymore except for a few moments to get my boobie batters rubbed in, so I think it might be helpful. I will probaby put away the pump for now until I see what this program adds for me. My boobs are a bit sore at the moment! It's just a twice a day thing, so it shouldn't bee too much work. Takes a bit of time each time, but since I'm interested in finding out if it helps I'm willing to spend the time on it. The rest of my program is fairly simple at the moment. I'm enjoying the feeling of my larger boobs! Sometimes I look down at them when changing or showering and have a thought for a brief second that they look like someone else's boobs on my body, haha! It's good. I'm not focusing too much on cup size, I was able to fit into a C cup bra that I bought, but bras are like clothes and depending on the maker and the style you can vary in size, so I am happy to say that I'm sometimes B and sometimes C, rather than the old mostly A size I was when I started. I want to keep growing and growing and end up a large C cup without any possibility of fitting into any B cups whatsoever. I can not wait! This is so wonderful and I am so thankful that I found out about it this year! :-)

I just purchased a new supplement that contains fish, flax, and borage oil which provides all three of the omegas (3, 6, 9) and I'm going to take one three times a day in place of just the flax oil I was taking since I'm out of it now. I am out of wild yam cream and probably won't pick up a new jar for a few more days, but I'll keep that in my program along with the soy oil massages as well. I'm simply using my soy oil infused with red clover to do the grow yours massages twice a day. I was told it would be safe to throw in a third session daily if I have time, so I'm going to try to incorporate this since I'm unemployed at the moment. So, herb-wise I'm still using fenugreek, red clover, and nettle root three times daily and I'm taking silica for my hair. Soy milk 1 glass per day as well. Grow boobies, grow!!! :-)

On day five of grow yours program, above the nips I've gained over half an inch now. Yay! The measurement at the nips is starting to grow too. It's working. It's helping. :-)

Wow, looking back to the first entry I have here I've gone from 35.5" at the fullest part (nips) to now 38"! I'm gaining in all areas on the breast, I just hadn't measured the other areas until I starting doing the grow yours program a week ago. I'm taking a little break from the herbs and just doing the grow yours method twice a day and using soy oil for the massages on the program. It's been three months on herbs so a little break may be called for anyway. I'm starting a diet tomorrow so it'll be interesting to see what the boobs do with these changes. I anticipate that they will maintain the gain I've gotten so far and continue to grow since it's only been a week on grow yours and I've gained an inch with it in that week. :-)

Now 38 1/2. I honestly am "growing overnight" with the grow yours method. I couldn't be happier! With so many things in my life that I seem to NOT be in control of right now, my boobs are definitely NOT one of them! :-)

Life is crazy busy right now. Having internet problems at home so I can only check in here once in a while at the moment. I'm still happy with GY! Still at 38 1/2 inches, which means I gained and inch and a half the first three months on herbs and an inch and a half since starting GY. I have been on a break from the herbs. I'm noticing if I don't have time to get 2 massages in daily I lose some of the fullness after a few days, but as soon as I pick it back up to 2 massages a day I go back to my 38 1/2 measurement, so it's very forgiving and I haven't lost any from the herbal gain. :-)

Ok, still in the same situation as above with internet at home not up and getting ready to go out of the country for work next week and the kids finishing up with school this week and it's a little hectic. Try as I may, I am having real trouble consistently doing 2 massages per day. When I do, I get more full and when I don't I lose just a slight bit of the fullness and of course the lobes feel smaller and I feel less "engorged". So the cool thing is my body adjusts as I said before, and I can basically continue to do either one per day as I have time or 2 per day if time allows or even skip a day here and there and not "lose" my gain for the most part. I'd say I've noticed if anything that I fluctuate by about a half inch depending on how much time I put into the massages daily. That's not bad! I've been on an herbal break of course and am trying to figure out which direction I want to go in next. I'm back to work as of next week and I know it will take some getting used to and I don't want to put too much on my plate. Perhaps for now I'll stick with GY as I can and wait until life settles down a bit to decide if I'm ready to try BO or something else. Overall, I'm happy. If I hadn't started this journey back in January I'd still be at 35 1/2 inches instead of 38 to 38 1/2 inches. I've stopped herbs and kept the gain, and I've been "lazy" with GY and kept the gain. I can't complain! :-)

Ok, so I'm settling in with the new job I started 2 weeks ago and I'm back from my trip out of the country and hopefully I can now feel like life isn't so hectic. I'm still having trouble being consistent with GY. I'm either too short on time to do the 2 massages or sometimes even 1 massage a day OR with what little time I've got I don't want to go lock myself in my room alone for 30 or 40 minutes to do the massages when I could be spending time with my kids instead. GY DOES work for me though, so it's disappointing that I can't fit it into my schedule right now. I ordered DNE BO yesterday and will now give that a go. I'm starting back on my fish/flax/borage oil supplement today as well as taking the silica again for help with faster hair growth. Once the BO gets here I'll start with 1500mg per day. I think this amount of pills will be less overwhelming than my herbal routine was. I am debating what to do with GY. I might continue to TRY to fit in massages here and there and see how I do with that. OR there's the possibility of just stopping it for a while and seeing what happens on my first month with BO. I'm sure the two could be combined, but I might like to see what happens with the BO alone and then add GY back in later on. I'm still a full B/small C cup when it comes to bras, so that alone makes me so happy. I now feel like they aren't too small, unlike the way I felt about them when I was an A cup. I still want them bigger and I think when I'm a consistent full C cup it will be exactly what I want.

Ok, the BO arrived pretty quickly, yay! I just took the first one. I think I'll try just the one today, and then up it to 2 tomorrow, and then do 3 the third day which will make 1500mg a day. Work is driving me out of my mind. I get up to start my day at 5:30am and by the time I get home from work and make dinner and we're finished it's 7pm. There's no way I have time for GY right now. I'm just going to stick with BO and see how I respond. I've responded well to everything I've tried so far and I expect it will be the same with BO. I am really looking to jump up to a FULL C cup now. This weekend I will find a protein shake to ad in because I'm finding that I'm so busy at work that I'm not really eating enough during the day. I think my next step might be to ad in a PM cream like I did once before. Not sure though, need to research more what people are using for a topical with their BO and having success.

Got headaches the first few days on BO, ugh. Gone now though. I'm taking 500mg in the morning and 1000mg at night. I'm also drinking a slimfast with extra protein for breakfast every morning. I'm not really feeling anything yet or noticing anything yet, but it's probably way too soon.

I'm definitely getting some pains over the last few days. Still on 1500mg a day, so I'll stay on that for another week or two and see if the pains continue. I don't want to ramp up to 2000mg too soon or if I don't need to at all. Not sure of any new growth, I'm still measuring at 38", but as we all know the tape measure doesn't capture all growth so it's really only something for consideration.

Doing well! Tons of aches and pains and I'm staying around 38 1/2. I will stay with 1500mg.

Ok, so the aches and pains subsided for the most part, now they are just occasional and short. I'm moving up to 2000mg a day starting today to see what happens. Still 38 1/2 so I'm happy! That's where I was swelling up to with GY and I just didn't have time to keep it up. I guess it's been almost a month now. I ordered 2 more bottles from DNE and they arrived the other day so I'm all set to keep this up and not worry about ordering for a few months. I'm still on my first bottle. I occasionally miss a dose, but I try not to.

I'm noticing that with most of my growth being at the sides, bottom, and middle of each boob the weight of that is either causing a little sagging which is making the tops appear deflated, or it's just how the tops look compared to how much growth has taken place in the other areas of the boob. I've decided to start massaging the tops to see if this helps them plump up a bit. So I'm just doing maybe 2 minutes on each side twice a day with cocoa butter, doing the circular motion movement similar to GY all over the tops. The cocoa butter is just because it's a good lubricant for the massage and doesn't sink in as fast as lotion and I love the smell, it's not for growth itself. But I think I may make some herb infused soy oil for massage instead which is what I was using for massage previously, which I think helped with some of my growth. Still at the 38 1/2 mark! I want 40 inches though!!! I think that will push me over into the higher end of the C range instead of the lower end that I'm in right now. The tops need more fullness though because when I go braless right now it looks horrible! In a bra my growth gets a little more pushed up and looks great, but I still feel inadequate in the boob area if I'm braless.

I'm finally at 39 inches! :-) I went back to just 1500mg per day, I think that's just right. I'm also taking a multi-vitamin as well as an oil supplement that contains 3 different oils (see above). I've been tired a lot lately so we'll see if this helps, as well the oil seems to be essential to more successful growth. I am using an herb-infused soy oil that I massage in at night for a few minutes before I go to bed.

I've outgrown my favorite padded push-up 36B Victoria Secret bra and bought a great substitute at Target for less than half the price with the same great results, and it's a 36C and fits perfectly. Depending on the bra I'm a B or C, but the padded push-up type usually have a smaller cup space and the C's always fit. If it's a flimsier bra cup the B's sometimes still work. I'm totally happy! For me at my age and post 5 kids my growth is more at the bottom, middle, and sides of my boobs and not so much on the top, so the push-up style really helps give me the boost I need to show off my real growth.

I've gotten out of the good habbit of taking my vitamins and my BO on a timely schedule and perhaps it's hindering things from progressing further. It's difficult to stay on track when you get so busy, but I'm going to try to get back to a regular schedule and stop missing doses here and there. Still happy, but still aiming to be a full 40 inches at a minimum, which I think will make me a consistent C cup and get me out of some B's. That's my minimum goal, truthfully I'd like to be a D! :-)

Not a whole lot to report, I'm 39.5 now though. Yippee! Still missing doses sometimes because I get so busy and don't take the pills at the right times sometimes. I'm going through an ordeal with an infection that's got me on antibiotics and pain pills and I'm not someone who likes to take a lot of pills so that doesn't help matters, but I'm trying to keep up. 40 inches doesn't seem like it's too far away! Thinking of adding PM topically or something along those lines soon. :-)

Lisa, Thank you so much for your wonderful notes and because I am
very, very simular to size and age I've decided to model after you!
I want BIG BOOBS and so does the husband, he is willing to just get
me implanted and I don't - well scared of that!

My project starts today with warm massage and fennel as that is all I have until my assortment of postions and lotions arrive :-)

1.)Did you use the Yang foods and avoid Yin food?
What about Hot VS Cold drinks and What About Beer VS Wine
I drink a lot of wine but what about Hops in beer is that Good?
2.)How did the pump work, are your breasts even now?
3.)Because you also breast fed 4 children - did
lactation accure? If you did what started or stopped this?
4.) Did you use heat at night

To answer your questions, I didn't do anything at all as far as the yin and yang foods, or hot vs. cold drinks, I try to limit my caffeine but other than that I don't alter my eating patterns. I don't drink beer at all, occasionally I drink wine. They say the hops are good for NBE, but I haven't had experience with them. The pump did actually help I think, but it got to be something that I didn't have time for. My left boob is still slightly bigger than my right boob, but they are both growing. I don't know that they'll ever be even as some have experienced, but it's ok because it's pretty slight. I haven't experienced lactation at all, it would take much manual stimulation to bring lactation on, particularly to the nipple, so even with massag this is avoided and I've never had an issue with it. I haven't used heat but I finally bought a heating pad last weekend because of a hip injury so now I'm going to try using it at night to see if it moves me further along. I'm still about a 39 to 39 1/2 and I believe the growth will continue so for now I'll stick with my program and see how far I can get. I think if I get to a phase where 2 or 3 months go by without growth perhaps I'll stop, or if I keep growing and get to a D cup I would stop. I've taken some time off from BE, but I'm ready to start back again. I'm taking one BO am and one BO pm, also adding back in the oil supplements and will make up a batch of massage oil and start with that again. I've gained an extra five pounds that I want to get rid of, so it'll be interesting to see if the boob size stays as I hopefully lose a few pounds. I haven't lost any of my gains even though I stopped taking BO for about 6 weeks. I'll check back in and report how it's going soon!

Hi!
I have had success on all the methods I've tried over the past 10 months, first the herbs and then massage only and then BO. I have times where I get lazy about staying commited to NBE, even though I've got my "program" down to very minimal work. Life gets busy or I get side-tracked by being sick or stress or whatever the case may be and I wind up missing doses and slacking. At the moment I'm ten pounds overweight and trying to focus on fixing that, which is another thing that pulls my attention away from NBE. I am considering finishing the bottle of BO I have and then going back to herbs again, although I know one of my difficulties with herbs was taking such a large number of pills. Some part of me thinks that if you're having luck with more than one method it's ok to take breaks now and then and then switch methods so that the body never becomes too used to one method in particular and stops responding to it. :-)

Ok, so it's been a year since I started this whole thing. I've gained 4 inches, which I'm very happy with! Although I've also gained about 5 pounds that I'm not happy with, and I really want to lose a total of 10 pounds and get back to my perfect weight of 125. I've started on this, and I'm down to 133. I'm just not sure which direction I want to go in when it comes to continuing with boob growth. I'm wondering if herbs and BO tend to increase the chances of a little weight gain? I'm 41, so that's the last thing I need since my age is slowing down my metabolism at this point anyway. I haven't gone back on the BO, even though I planned to. I hated the amount of time it ended up taking, but I'm considering getting back into the swing of Grow Yours and seeing how evening massages work out for some extra growth without really getting back into herbs or BO just yet. Ideally I will loose the ten pounds and gain a few more inches in the boobs to be a definite fuller C cup. Right now I'm a full B for sure, and I do have a few C bras that work, they all run different depending on the brand so I've learned that it doesn't always mean much to get too hung up on the cup size. I'll check in with progress soon. :-)

Hello, and th anks! I got it so long ago that I can't remember how I found it exactly on the net, but I just looked at the box and it's called "Shape-Up Potent Exerciser". :-)

So for an update, I don't think I've grown enough for the tape measure to have changed yet, it still lurks around 39 1/2 to 40. I'm losing weight though, so the good news is that with that my boobs aren't shrinking. I'm down from 135 to 131 and my goal is 125. I'm only doing massages twice a day with sweet almond oil (not a breast growing ingredient, but it's nice and light and odorless) and drinking about 3 cups of Mothers Milk tea each day to get a small dose of herbs. I eat oatmeal 3 or 4 times a week, which I've come to find out is boobie-friendly for growth. I'm still not ready to dive into a more rigid program involving herbs or BO or anything at the moment, so what I do feels like it's something that will keep me where I'm at and possible give me some slow growth. I'm thinking of looking into the boobie-friendly foods list and trying to incorporate more of them in my diet. I love chocolate soy milk and have that in the evenings sometimes, but I could definitely drink more. I used to use wild yam cream and I felt like that was a helper, I may add that back in. I'm a full B cup, and depending on the bra maker I can wear some C's, but at this point I will be happy if I grow bigger, and still happy if I do not. Just knowing that an A cup will never be in the picture for me is definitely great! Yes, I would LOVE to be a full C cup, but with NBE I find (after a year) that I have my moods. Sometimes I'm gung-ho into a program and sometimes I'm lazy, and that's ok. This isn't something that is an all or nothing situation for me, I've grown on every different program I've done and I've maintained even when I've stopped everything, so to me this proves that I have room to be flexible depending on how I feel. I'm moody, so this is perfect, haha! :-)

I'm consistently at 40 inches now, so I believe I've gained some more fullness. Not doing much in the way of NBE except for massages. :-)

Ive been thinking about trying to follow your lead. We are about the same age and weight. I'm currently a Bcup but after breasfeeding 2 kids, Im not as full and "even" as I would like. You are the only one that I found photos of to have visable results. So Im curious what your doing know? I started out on this quest because my sister who opted for implants gave me her left over "Breast Gain" I had a one month supply and did notice some fullnes and achiness, but once I ran out I was back to my old saggy self. So my question if you were to start over, would you go with just herbs, and massage? It seems you had success with so many different things. I was thinking of starting with just fenugreek and saw palmetto? Do you have any suggestions. Also would you mind giving an update of whats working for you now or have you had any loss?

I haven't pulled out the tape measure yet, because I don't think there would be a measurable gain this fast, but they do feel fuller. Like someone else noted in one of their entries, when I lean forward bra-less they don't seem as narrow as they seemed before. I also feel fuller in the cups of my bras.

My fear is that the doses of herbs in BG+ seems very low compared to the doses I'm reading are recommended in a program of using individual herbs. BG+ only gives the following doses once per day:
60 iu vitamin E

hi lisa, you mentioned you bought a breast pump for you programme. Did ou think this benifitted you majorly? Are you still using it, how long did you use it for ? Thanks !

im so hopeful with your results iv decided to try out the programme ! im still reasearching but wanted to know how you took the fennel ( pills etc ) beacuse at my local health food store they only have the fennel seeds which i can boil and make a tea with. What do you recomend? do you feel the tea may not be potent enough ? thanks!
