Help with program!!+ Seeing growth

Hello, so a little about me

I'm 20 years old, 5'4 tall, female

haven't had hormones tested, just tested out for having vitamin D deficiency, but I suspect I have PCO'S: black body hair EVERYWHERE even though my hair is light brown, slightly tuberous breasts, irregular menstruation, moody, always bloated no matter how little I eat, back, chest acne and very slight acne on the face, oily hair, you name it.

Been a 38B cup since I was 12, my breasts are slightly asymmetrical, the left one is a full B, right is a C cup, hence so far I'm just massaging the little one.

measurements:
Band: 35 inches
Cup: 39 inches

So I started only with fenugreek supplement and oil 3 months ago for 2 weeks, had to quit it cause it made me gain incredible amounts of weight, constipation, worsened acne, and gave me a rash on my left breast... Scariest part, my skin around my left breast was starting to feel extremely rough to the point it was hard to move them during massage, so I had to quit cold turkey, since I read those are symptoms of fibrocystic breasts, geez.

I went a little crazy and bought all the supplements needed for breast growth I believed could be best for my body. So I have bought:

PM from Ainterol 500 mg
Goat's Rue from Vegavero 5.500 mg
BO from Swansons
White Peony from Life Extension 600 mg
WY from vit4ever 880 mg
MSM from Solgar 1000 mg

Oils for massage daytime:

Licorice, Goat's Rue, Fennel

Cream for nighttime:

Progesterone from Wild yam 

Teas during the day:

Spearmint, Turmeric, Fennel, Licorice, Maca with green tea.

Diet:

Coffee with almond milk and fruits in the morning, protein lunch usually rice and chicken, and salad for dinner, always with nuts and raisins. I cut dairy products since I've noticed they worsened my acne. 


Like I said I went a bit crazy, but so far I'm slowly incorporating each one, what I don't know it's:
what dosage should I take of each or if this combination is too much, should I take something out?

What my program has been 2 months ago, noticed some tenderness and more roundness throughout the end of the month:

2x PM 500 mg everyday. 
Only had Fennel oil at that time so massaged just with that.

My program this month (plus teas and massage with oils):

2x PM 500 mg every day
4x Goat's Rue 5.500 mg 

Massage with Fennel, goat's rue, and licorice oils
(Still waiting for the PC cream to arrive on the mail)

I've noticed some slight growth, gained maybe half an inch on both breasts and they seem more symmetrical, have noticed some weight loss, skin looks better, bras are uncomfortable too, and almost all the time feel tenderness.

Just a few days I discovered about cycling and correct PM dosages, it seems I should only be taking 1x 500 mg if it's from Ainterol during all phases and zero intake during menstruation? I still don't have this very clear, I would really appreciate if anyone could explain it or send a thread where it has been explained  Sad  my period is coming very late this month and I'm afraid I won't have it. 

I'll be incorporating Wild Yam next, but like I said I have no idea what dosages I should be taking considering this combination, I would sooo much appreciate any help or info!!

First off welcome!  Big Grin with BO and PM usually its an either or thing meaning you want to only use WP and goats rue with BO however in some individuals pm and bo can work well together as it did for me in the early stages! As for wild yam you want to ramp up slowly I currently take 2000mg of wild yam a day! Goats rue is a great addition to any program as it builds breast tissue however it being 5500mg is very high! I was taking 4800mg a day till I switched to a tincture which has better absorption and I dont think Ive ever come across goats rue any stronger than that any more and it might induce lactation especially as you are a natal female so be wary of this! As far as cycling PM unfortunately Im not educated enough in those regards however many dont cycle it either so either or might be an option for you, as far as massage I would highly suggest making a diy herbal oil infusion as in my first thread with the pm and other herbs, oils, fatty acids, ESOs etc this can really kickstart your program as with a good deep massage this can increase penetration of the estrogenic properties into the breasts my herbal oil is a vital part of my program and I dont believe I would have had as much success with internal herb intake alone.
Two warnings, be careful with maca as it is extremely strong especially taken with something else as strong as PM and BO and also maca can increase testosterone like crazy depending on what your body needs as it is an adaptogen, secondly licorice root is great! But make sure you take 2 week breaks from it every now and then as it can mess with your blood pressure and also after researching for my own wellbeing licorice root also decreases cortisol break down resulting in higher anxiety levels if taken too often which is the main reason I discarded it from my program.

Hi and thank you!!  Blush I think I'll probably get my hormones tested and see how my estrogen levels are to see if I should mix both. And I mistyped the Goat's rue quantity lol! It was 1100 mg x 4 times a day.

Thanks for advising me on Maca and licorice! I'm taking Maca once a week since I'm only taking phytoestrogen foods and just spearmint as a DHT inhibitor so far (still waiting for WP), I don't want my testosterone levels to increase by the estro over production lol! I have high blood pressure and I did notice some tachycardia (I get it from time to time) with licorice, I've given it a break this week. I'll try the herbal oil for sure, I think I notice the growth pains more after massage.

So far adding WY has been great, I'll measure myself by the end of the month and update once I get the other supplements but there's been a lot of soreness ever since I started taking it.

Nws lovely happy to help and dw estrogen does not convert to testosterone only testosterone can convert to estrogen so all good the only thing you will notice if your estrogen is too high is you will experience estrogen dominance symptoms so best get your levels checked! Take care Smile

Hey! So a "little" update, good and bad things haha  Rolleyes

So I added Wild yam, took it for 2 weeks. Started with one capsule first week, and let me tell you the breast pain was BIG throughout the day. Second week I decided to increase it to 2 capsules, but that's when I messed it all up lol.
I was getting migraines, I was very irritable, a bit more bloated than usual... I figured it was estrogen dominance symptoms. Taking into consideration that I wasn't cycling PM, and I was also taking licorice tea every day that week, hence it was very consequential. 
I had to quit it of course, after investigating through here some more I found out that WY it acts as a Saponin (makes you more sensitive to your own hormones) so that's why it probably messed out everything adding to what I was already taking.

I included a Vitamin B complex since I have poor blood circulation, and started taking 1x WP, it all was good for a week or less but when I increased it to 2 capsules I got incredibly stomach upset, LOL. So... quitting that one too for now.

Those were the bad news now good ones...
I got my blood analysis test results, doctor said my hormones are all alright. I'll have an appointment soon so she can tell me the right levels and address the concerns but nothing to worry about Big Grin. She only told me in advance that I have low Vitamin D levels, and that my DHT levels are also very low. Estrogen and Progesterone levels are fine too. I haven't mentioned to my doctor I'm taking and having a high phytoestrogen diet lol so I can guess what I'm doing now is fine aside from the WY and WP events.

I also had to quit PM because I wasn't getting my period, but guess what... it came after 2 days of quitting and it was light for the first time in my life. I've always had these extremely heavy periods so it was such a RELIEF.

I've made a few changes too.
I incorporated Thyme, Rosehip, Earl grey, and lavender teas. 

Rosehip is high in vitamin C to absorb estrogen better and added Earl grey tea because of bergamot. I read in a study, which if I find I'll share here that there's a relationship between low LDL and high HDL levels in women with larger breasts. I haven't had a healthy lifestyle these last 2 years so I really want to be taking that. Bergamot and Black tea also seem to work as phytoestrogens from what I read so far, but don't know exactly if they can also play a role in testosterone levels. But well since I'm taking so many phytoestrogens I won't worry about it too much lol.

I made a herbal oil infusion with essential oils, and it feels absolutely wonderful when I apply it, it makes my breasts feel very warm after massage, and even some instant soreness. it's a long mixture of things haha so if I see significant growth I'll share what I added and quantity, or just ask away if you want to know  Shy

I'm planning to cycle PM, and take licorice after menstruation during follicular and in the second phase of luteal where estrogen levels increase, I want to follow my natural cycle just increasing the hormones that are produced. 
Then use Progesterone cream during luteal only. 
I won't be mixing PM and BO, since my hormone levels are normal and I don't want to saturate the receptors, next month I'll change PM for BO, just want to see this month how cycling works on my body with what I already have been taking Smile


I've also been doing some exercise since I'm a little overweight, my band reduced by 1 inch, but I stayed at the same cup size so I can't tell if I've grown or not last month. These last two days after my period ended I've noticed some more fullness but nothing else. It is a slow process but I'll be patient...

I'm planning to incorporate MSM as soon as my stomach feels better, and see if I'm allergic to WP or if I was just making too many changes and reacted badly. Once I have my program steady again with no bad reactions I'll share the update and changes  Heart
