Hello, 
Quick question from a fenugreek and saw palmetto user that started a few days ago. I went away today and forgot to take my pills for the day. Can I still take them tonight, like all in one? (it's 3 fenugreek and 4 saw palmetto) or should I just skip it and wait till tomorrow? 
And does anybody know if it matters a lot if I miss this one day?

Hmm... how about you try taking half of the total amount, and that way you meet kind of in the middle??

Hey Pomme.
How much SP are you taking? Curious as you said your taking 4, never heard that dosage before
Anyway i wouldnt sweat it. Take that much might end up with a tummy ache, the average SP pill is 160mg so that be a huge amount to take in one hit. 
Like Zara said, maybe half it.
