I've heard that raw cow's milk is good for breast growth. Would there be any truth to this?

Well there’s a community of raw milk drinkers who are convinced of its therapeutic properties and claim all manner of health benefits for it, basically arguing that raw milk has a range of nutrients which don’t exist in pasteurized milk. I've never heard it linked to breast growth though.

Raw milk, so that's straight from the cow (or other animal). Is that even safe?

Yes, it’s milk and it’s true form which is full of probiotics and amazingly great stuff. However, without homogenization, you do run the risk of bacteria and E. coli. Hence why homogenization is universal. If you buy raw milk from the store, try to get local and drink it as soon as possible and if you have any underlying health conditions, it’s not worth the risk.
As for breast enhancement, I don’t necessarily know if it’s going to be a huge advantage. It’s definitely a good carrier for collagen and making shakes to add lactation supplements and NBE herbs to. I’m probably not the best judge though because cows milk is a staple in my diet so I wouldn’t know the difference. Raw milk in rock cream are very delicious and very addictive
