I have gone from almost flat to some.

Does the cream and oil (applied to the breast work as well alone or with the PM caps ?

It has been over a month now and growth has almost stopped.

(Working on losing about 10 pounds, also)

I currently apply 3 drops of PM oil, massage the oil in, each breast twice a day
Then a small amount of the PM cream the same way

Take one, PM, 500 gm cap twice a day, with breakfast and lunch

What you're doing is good, it's completely fine (although you could spread the caps out more).
