Breast4Success Evebra 2nd Round Log - Attempting to Even Out Smaller Breast

#1
Star

Hi all,

I am just starting my second round of Evebra in attempt to make my smaller breast (right) match the other side. It's not a huge difference but still an irksome annoyance to me.

Beginning measurements:

26.75 Underbust
33.25-33.5 Leaning breast measurement (I will primarily use this type of measurement for round 2 as I think it is more accurate for my type of breast - rather than the "on the nipple"/ "across the nipple" measurement)
108-111 lbs (?)
5'2" Height

I ended my first round back in April for a total of 18 weeks and took pics in August. I just took pics tonight and, although I still retained tissue. it looks like I lost about .5 inch. However, I also was in the hospital recently for a procedure so that may have factored into the loss. It took some time for me to get my appetite back and drink as much water as I usually drink. I'm sure I lost weight [haven't weighed self yet] because all my pants fit a lot looser than before. Thank goodness for Thanksgiving.  Tongue

Anyway, I will see whether I can use two pumps at once, one on each breast, but at different pressures.

The DeRoyal I will set at 25 mmHg continuous on the smaller breast and use the Evebra pump at 20 mmHg on the regular size breast. Not sure if I can do it, but I'll try  Big Grin .

I will stick to 14 hours per session like the last round but I'll stop at 12 weeks since I didn't really notice any residual gains the first time by going over 12 weeks - or doing the extra week on the single breast.

Did a trial run of 12 hours the night before [20 mmHg on both breasts] just to get back in the swing of things. I had no pinkish red marks like I did on round 1. At least I am tolerating it even better. Mostly slept through the night but had to rearrange the pillows a bit to get them just right.

I hope to be finished on 2/7 or 2/8 of 2025. At least, I won't be going further than that.

P.S. If you didn't see my note in the Evebra thread, they currently have a 20% Black Friday sale on now. Not sure how long it will last. Don't use any affiliate links as you can't use both to get discounts - it looks like it has to be one or the other.

Oh, I have my affiliate link in my signature. Like others, I got the email about being a "brand ambassador." I just told them that I post on a forum and they gave me one without issue.

welcome back! i read your whole first attempt over in the other section of the forum and it was part of why I decided to buy an evebra.

I use the deroyal and sleep at 25mm and I’m almost to the 6 week mark. anything less than that and i feel like the skirts fall off too easily. also the evebra little pump with the AA batteries is louder than the deroyal for sleep.

i may go longer than 12 weeks, but we’ll see what happens. 12 was my initial goal, but I’m hoping to go a full six months… i’ll follow your progress with interest!

Thanks, glad I could help someone and hope this might help those dealing with different size breasts - slight or not.

-------

Well after my first experiment, my smaller breast was still a bit smaller than the normal breast although it was on a higher pressure.

And, of course, the evebra pump started beeping like crazy in the middle of the night because I needed to replace the batteries, lol. Still got 14 hours on both.

I switched tactics the next night by pumping both at 20 mmHg with the Deroyal, but I only did 13 hours on the normal breast and 14 on the smaller.

When I took the dome off, they were the same size!!

I'll be doing that going forward.

I'll note that I now get why others felt the evebra pump was more painful/seemed to have stronger suction. Having both pumps on at the same time, I noticed the evebra pump does suction longer and pretty strongly when restoring suction, but then it lets a bit of air out afterwards. Whereas the Deroyal is gentler and sucks in tiny little puffs instead of one long "inhale". Evebra pump reminds me of a blood pressure cuff where it probably does go up beyond 20 mmHg then releases some air to get down to 20 mmHg. It definitely felt nicer on the Deroyal side even though it was technically higher in pressure.

Meant to add that I seem to be retaining fluid quicker and longer on this second round than during the first.

I think I had to pump for a week to visually notice any residual swelling after 12 hours during round 1.

This time I noticeably retained swelling after the very first session when I had the domes off for 12 hours.

I guess my body knows what to do now.

clearly you just need two different DeRoyal pumps!

ha, kidding. as if carting one DeRoyal around werent annoying enough. I use a fanny pack for mine.

I retired my evebra pump quickly because it was louder and I didn’t want to change the AA batteries all the time. I use it only sometimes for its increased portability over the DeRoyal.

I'm starting week 3 and already getting the type of swelling I got at week 6 on the first round.

Meant to mention that I'm using the size 5 domes I ordered rather than progressing through sizes 2-4 like last time. To wear both domes on my narrow chest at the same time w/o causing pressure/pain on the ribs and/or blisters, I have to place one dome higher than the other.

I'm also sticking to sleeping upright rather than on my back to avoid possible sternum pain. It seemed I got better projection sitting up and better fullness lying down, but I don't think it mattered when I pumped the first time. I'll just focus on comfort while pumping this time.

As an aside, I forgot how much I didn't like that heavy breast feeling and look right after taking the domes off at this size swelling, and I've got a longer way to go this time. I might decrease hours if it gets too uncomfortable.

Also going to decrease hours (for now) on the bigger breast by 2 hours rather than 1 - so 12 on one side, 14 on the other.  Both breasts look even after I remove the domes, but once it's time to put them back on, I see a slight difference in size.

interesting about you feeling lying down gives you better fullness and sitting up better projection. I’m wide chested (38 underboob) and prefer that my growth be fuller rather than projection. I’m mostly lying down, but i do my work from home computer work sitting up between hours 8 and 17 if i get that far. I’ll see if i notice a difference in swollen shape.

I’m using size 6 now that i stretched a little wider in the oven. I didn’t order the 5. I wish there were wider skirts so i could make even wider cups.

One of my boobs was a tiny bit smaller when i started about 8 weeks back and i have been pumping em evenly so far. right now they look the same off pump for me at the moment.

Oh yay I’m so glad you’re back doing a second round! I checked back in specifically to see if you were Smile  I’ll be googling leaning breast measurement as the enlarged nipples gives me a quite skewed measurement… I’d been wondering about a better way to measure!
I’m currently finishing my first round of 16 weeks with evebra / deroyal pump (one week left) and I also have one noticeably smaller breast. I want to try your protocol for my second round! Thanks so much for coming back to post it

Hey!! Thanks for checking up on me. Big Grin

Leaning measurement just means you bend at the waist at a 90 degree angle then take the on the nipple measurement. It accounts for your total breast tissue that way w/o gravity's impact.

My breast shape has always been a bit pendulous so standing measurement never really reflects well. Also, side photos are more accurate than frontal as my breast size pretty much look the same in 2D (unless there is a huge difference) even when it isn't.

I hope my notes help for your second round.

Well I've got one month under my belt. Tongue The time went by quicker than I thought. I wasn't looking forward to doing this round even though I set it to end early now that I know how my body reacts per my first round notes/results. I acclimated to the heaviness fairly quickly as well.

Just have 2 more months to go. Big Grin

So far the 12/14 hour routine for each breast at 20 mmHg continuous is working fine. Both breasts look the same size when domes are immediately off and after 12 hours.

Comparing my old notes from round 1, I am still tracking at 2x the size at less weeks [the size immediately after taking the domes off]; that is, at 3 weeks now I'm at the size I was at 6 weeks for round 1; at 4 weeks, I'm at the size I was at 8 weeks. I use standing measurement for those times so I can make comparisons. I use leaning measurement to track residual growth [size before putting domes back on].

Not sure if it'll continue to track like that. I hit my plateau technically at week 8 and then I started doing slightly higher pressures and even tried 16 hour sessions for a bit to get more inches. I stayed on the size 4 domes for about 10 weeks when before I was switching them out for a bigger size after 1 to 2 weeks.

I'm not really trying to increase breast size this time, so I'll stick to what I'm doing. I obviously will gain some extra tissue regardless but not anticipating the same amount of growth - but who knows?

At least I can confirm Evebra's assertion that the more tissue you have, the more you'll gain. Good news for those who want to keep gaining when the first round didn't provide enough results.
