Where to start

#1

Hey I’m 18 and I never had a breast growth while everyone in my family is well grown I have all my fat stored in my butt and thighs so I guess I’m pear shaped but I really want to start and I read here that I should not start young to not mess up with my hormones but are there some supplements I can use while not messing up with hormones still they can promote growth

I know many people say you shouldn't start too young, but I also know that in the past there are some who have started at age 18 so I wouldn't say it was a hard and fast rule. Have you not had any breast growth at all?

At what age did you get your first period? I would consider that roughly the beginning of puberty. Puberty usually lasts a maximum of 5 years, normally less. If it’s been at least 5 years since you started puberty I wouldn’t be too concerned that you’re interfering with the natural progression of puberty. If you don’t want to mess with your hormones, that’s totally understandable. In that case try pumping.
