Pumping and breast massage

#1

As pumping is restrictive in that it applies pressure to the chest wall, does that not make breast massage important. I mean massage after pumping since lymph fluids can't get out of the breasts whilst pumping. This is especially true for those of us that pump for long periods of time.

Yes, should remove and do a short massage with an oil like almond oil, every 15 minutes if you pump at higher pressure.

If you're concerned about the movement of lymph fluids, you can make the massage a lymph massage.
