I'm new to NBE and have a few questions.

First, is PM cream better than pills? Can you absorb more dermally compared with absorbtion through your digestive tract?

Secondly, what is a good brand that I can buy here in the US? I've heard Ainterol was real PM but was not as strong as other products avalable.

Finally, do you know of any reputable sellers that are based in and ship form the United States?
