Wearing magnets continously

A lot of people who are not doing magnets by the book are wearing them all day/night long. I was wondering, what if that isn't optimal, what if the body ''adapts'' to a constant stimulus? A lot of what goes on with hormones is very sudden and momentary, many hormones are released in pulses because the receptors would be desensitised for good if a constant stimulus was present. Growth hormone is one such, and if I'm not mistaking also all steroids (not 100% sure on this one). There must be a reason the NBE plan is to wear magnets for a short time several times a day, instead just whole day long. I know some have had great results with a continous use of magnets, but who knows, they could have a luky body that doesn't get adapted easily...

I thought it was supposed to be for safety as the negative field soothes and heals and the positive field over-excites and causes overgrowth of tissue and growth of bacteria.

I wouldn't expect the effect of magnets to be really that drastic, tho it varies between individuals. But judging from my case, I am pleased to say that I am getting pains with magnets now that I'm doing it intermittedly, and haven't at all when I did it continously.
I also seem to get more pains if I don't take herbs. But that may be a coinscidence, I only have a few days of usage...

Hi Moon,

How long / often are you using? Do you do the energising / inertia / CVS treatments? Are you massaging? What herbs do you actually take? I think you were on WU but you were also talking about galactogogues a whie ago.

Hi Louise,
At first I did magnets continuously for only 3 days but didn't have a single tingle so I got impatient and changed the strategy. Now I'm doing it intermitedly for 10 days and I have an encouraging ammount of pains and tingles (cause I never got much with any method lol, I appear to be a tough NBE case), and I often notice this 'activity' shortly after a treatment. I do basically as the book says, with the CVS and the energising and intertial treatments. I massage a bit differently tho, I usually do a longer massage before the treatment (GY adapted) and only a few squeezes afterwards. Also on a few days I didn't have time to do all the treatments, one day I didn't do any, but still got the pains and tingles. I was taking soy, nettle, flax seed oil, ginseng, kelp, grape seed and cayenne at the beginning, but now I stoped to see how it affects the ammount of signs I get and I seem to have more. But I think it's likely that isn't connected with herbs and only due to the magnets kicking in, so I'll prably start herbs again soon.
A while ago I tried WU plus additional galactogogues for just a month and also didn't get a single tingle, so I stoped. The only thing which did kinda work for me so far, was GY + herbs last summer. It was only 1 measurable but not really noticable inch, but I was happy cause at least it ment that I can grow. The interesting thing was that when I stopped GY, I didn't lose the measurable inch for about 3 months, probably because the much shorter but similar (but I think even more effective) to GY massage I was doing was enoguh for maintainance. Then I stopped NBE altogether for 2 months and my inch was gone. It didn't really matter to me cause my breasts don't look any smaller, but it did confirm to me that that inch was really there, cause I was thinking that maybe I simply measured wrong or differently when I started (I only measured once at the beginning and then not for a month when I surprised found I've gone up almost an inch). Then I measured everyday and went up a bit more for a while, but then I seemed to get stuck and my lobes seriously wouldn't enlarge over a pea size, so when I stoped growing, I quit and went to try sth else. Curiously, now that I'm doing adapted GY with magnets, some of my lobes seem to have enlarged over pea sized.
So anyway, it's kinda too soon to say how magnets are working for me, cause I have little time of usage, but I'm hoping these signs aren't only coinscidence. And sorry for the long and explicit report lol.

Moon -- It sounds like your program now is mostly magnets and massage...is that right? Are you taking any herbs with it? I'm just doing massage for now (plus a tiny bit of herbs in Mothers Milk tea)...but I am thinking of adding the magnets, so I am curious about your program.

Hi Corrie. My program only for the past 3 day is just magnets and massage. And I have been on magnets for not even 2 weeks. I'm just making a brake from herbs to experiment how it affects the magnets effect. I will probably soon add back my herbs combination (soy, nettle root, flax seed oil, ginseng, grape seed and cayenne).
