(no login) Can someone set me straight on Yin Yang foods please? November 5 2006, 3:19 PM

Hello girls! I am so confused about the Yin Yang foods because there seems to be a lot of conflicting information as to the property of many foods. I would love to have someone who really knows to come and set me straight so I can eat properly and accordingly and not go on a wild goose chase. Thanks!

Different authority say different things, so always there is some difference of opinion. It's the way of things. Nobody has list which is carved in a stone, so you can't find what you look for very easily.

I posted about tofu being "cold type" in some posts, but never made it clear, sorry. Actually the tofu made traditional way is "colder" then other packed tofu. Even tofu is "cold type", but people usually cook tofu before they eat it, so tofu is good especially cook with spicies that will balance the "coldness" of tofu. Sholdn't be any problem unless you are on Chinese herb tonics. But if the tonics are supervised by TCM doctors, they will advise what not to eat.
