ok so this is a quote not actually from this forum but from whaika´s forum our NBE guru, u could say, i know a lot of pple are gonna say your 14 dont stress about it, but thyre right, you shouldnt really strees about it, but i know how you feel when i was 14 i was really small too, still am, but at least im little bit bigger now at 18(i was flat at 14), i dont recomend you to try anything really, just wait, and if your skinny change your diet, but i thinl that trying msn is alright, and wont interrupt any developing.

To you who are under 18 years of age (actually, 22 is more realistic, but especially under 18). I hope that you will not make a decision which will result in unintended consequences later.
You are still growing and developing, whether you believe it or not. It is a well known fact here and elsewhere that some are late bloomers. It is very well known that women do not finish developing until ages 22 to as late as age 26. I'd say that you might want to wait. Whatever is keeping one from growing now will also affect an NBE effort.
But that might not convince you to wait. Make sure that you understand the following:
The herbs and other things referenced on this site and other sites work at the cellular level. Phytoestrogens (like fenugreek) work because they are close in molecular structure to real estrogens, so they dock to receptor sites and invoke the cell into an RNA sequence which performs whatever that cell is programmed to do. By using phytoestrogens, real estrogen is kept from docking with cells that have estrogen receptors because the phytoestrogen got there first. This is one of the theories why phytoestrogens can be good to fight breast cancer. However, this can also result in an excess of real estrogen because it was not taken up by cells. The hypothalamus/pituitary glands will register this in what is known as the negative feedback system. The body now thinks that it has too much estrogen and produces less real estrogen.
By producing less estrogen, development actually gets worse! Growth and development could very well stop dead in their tracks! Since the herbs and other things are systemic, that is - they circulate body wide through the bloodstream, other areas are affected besides the breasts. Reproductive organs in the pelvic area could be affected as well as the brain!
Also take into account that as a minor, your involvement on this site could easily result in legal action against those who help. This would result in the closing of this board, and others, and the information on here would cease to exist for everyone.
Please wait. You really have more time than you think. The reason these boards exist is to offer advice on how to best proceed, or not, for adult women who are finished with development. Those under 18 should heed the advice and wait. The unintended consequences are greater than you know, and are not worth the risk.
In the event that there are circumstances where endocrine manipulation is warranted, it is a decision best made by parents and you family gynecologist. Other specialists, endocrinologists could be sought out to deal with these situations. I think that their methods are far more reliable than anything found here.
The information on this board is intended for those over the age of 18.

I'm 14 too, and I'm wondering...are massages okay? I read the above and ruled out taking herbal pills, which I was actually considering. But I'm doing massages. Are they bad? Will they decrease the growing rate? I'm extremely flat, I can't even fit into a 32A cup. Thanks(:

massague is okay, but you have to be sure that you are using the right technique, it could decrease your breast size if you dont, also do a little research about MSN, some women have had growth with it, and as i said above if your too skinny, you might want to considerate a diet high on protein and low on sugar, or whey protein shake.

I was thinking about this just now and I think that there are things that those who are still developing can do that will enable further development.
1. Avoid stress.
The first thing to do is to realize that stress is the number one thing that will impede development. Worrying that development will never come because it has not come yet is a great way to keep it from happening. Avoid stress.
Another way to avoid stress is to do what is right. Stick to your principles, do well in school. By doing what you are supposed to be doing, and doing it well, you actually create an environment for yourself to avoid the type of stress that is bad for development. By this I do not mean the type of stress you have when you are trying your best and it is the night before an important exam or a competition or a performance. These are good. What I am talking about here is worry, guilt, anguish, etc. that comes from doing something wrong/stupid, etc.
2. Massage.
Understand that there are two primary reasons for massage for NBE. One is simply to rub an herbal concoction into the skin until it absorbs. You don't need or want this one.
The other is for good blood circulation and lymph drainage. Frequent self exams for breast lumps should also be done. Consult your mother or your doctor on how to perform these and you will be shown by them. Another area is the use of a bra. Don't get one with underwires or is too tight. Make sure it fits and does not interfere with blood flow or lymph drainage. Don't wear one when sleeping. When showering, spend some time letting the hot water (not too hot) hit your chest.
3. Diet and exercise.
You need meat in your diet in the form of eggs for breakfast, and chicken and beef for other meals. There are three things that you get from getting plenty of meat in your diet; tissue building amino acids, Arachidonic Acid (AA) and Tyrosine. Amino acids for the building of tissues are found in protein sources. AA is a precursor for the type of prostaglandins that you need to grow and develop hormonally. Tyrosine is used by the thyroid gland to manufacture T4 then T3 which governs your metabolism.
You need plenty of dark leafy green vegetables, especially sea vegetables. The idea here is to get the right type of iodine which also fuels the thyroid.
Taking a good multivitamin with a B complex is also a good practice. Talk to your parents or doctor to see what is right for you.
Get plenty of exercise, especially weight bearing exercise - not too much, and not to lose fat, but to be in top physical condition. This is the best time in your life to build your body internally. As far as NBE goes, healthy heart and lungs means better delivery of hormones and nutrients to where you want them so that they can do their job. Another benefit from physical fitness is that growth hormone is active during the development years. Physical exertion brings on growth hormone.
Insulin inhibits growth hormone production. Stay away from sugary and starchy foods, soda pop. Some of this is Ok - you will burn it off, but let it be the exception not the rule. Especially avoid these 3 hours before bedtime. Growth hormone is at its highest production 90 minutes after going to sleep - except if your body is putting out insulin to deal with the sugar (or foods that quickly turn into sugar in the bloodstream). Insulin in stops or slows growth hormone production.
Make sure you get good sleep and not just recovery. Get to sleep early if you can. Take advantage of it by avoiding the junk and getting plenty of sleep.
Understand that the hormones that your body needs are (or should be) ready and waiting to work. The things outlined above may help fuel the process. Remember that this is all theory anyway and a lot of it is determined by your genes. But just maybe, it is behavioral - eating habits that are passed down from one generation to another and the genes get the blame.
Also remember that even with the potent real hormones, the process takes years to complete. This does not happen overnight.
Be healthy. If you are already doing all of this, let nature take its course first. Form healthy habits and forget the rest. Enjoy life!

I also think that hypnosis would be okay as it's not something messing with your hormones, it will get you in the right mindset and calm you. I know when I listen to my subliminal hypnosis CD I become very relaxed and I think it has helped me appreciate the shape of my breasts, which I've hated since I had a child. I do agree that herbs should not be taken until 20's cause even at 18 you could still be developing. But I think the methods that wouldn't hurt would be massage, hypnosis, hydrotherapy, heat therapy, maybe pumping, but I wouldn't suggest pumping until 16 and older as it does stretch the skin a bit, takes ALOT of patience, etc. Other things could be chest exercises, a good diet as Wahaika said. I've read on the BO (bovine ovary) supplement sites, and asked a chemist about it, they said that BO is okay for teenagers to take as long as they've had their cycle for at least 2 years, it doesn't mess up the body like herbs tend to do, herbs messed with my hormones and I'm in my 20's! But BO didn't. I just wish when I was 14 I had found this site and these lovely people lol maybe massaging and such would have helped my FLAT chest lol.

Thanks so much for everything!! But I haven't had my period yet. My doctor says it's because I'm too skinny. Is that still okay?
