Drinking water

I know how important it is to drink lots of water when noogling. It's generally good for the body, but also gives good swelling which means better growth. I don't drink much water throughout the day and I'm sick of buying water when I'm out because I can't always recycle the bottles. So I bought one of those BPA free reusable water bottles. I have noticed this has helped a lot. I keep it by my side, and everytime I look at it I drink some water. I'm one of those people' if there is a bag of chips near me, I will keep munching on it until it's finished just because it's there. So this works great for me, I wanted to post this for anyone else who is having trouble drinking enough water.

Yep, I have a 1 liter water bottle, my fridge has a water filtration system, so I keep water next to me, and just drink it when I want it. I drink alot during workouts too, when outside, etc. I most the time put flavoring packs in it though, I get the propel packs, so that will help those that hate the "plain" taste of water. I drink only water basically, maybe 1 soda or a glass of tea per day.

I'll have to look at the propel flavor packs. I switched over to only water when I first started on NBE. Now I have started drinking water with wylers lemonade mix in it. They are kinda high in sodium though. Is the propel packs low sodium? Of course what I need to do is go back to drinking plain water again. I admit I have started back on the diet sodas again. I don't drink coffee or energy drinks. So sometimes I need a little cafiene. I know, its a nono. lately I have been drinking diet sierra mist. No caff or sugar. Still high in sodium and carbs though.

Andy, I'm not sure what is high sodium and what is not lol I never really pay attention to that LOL. But I'll list off what the label says on the box...

I use to also get crystal light flavor packs, just haven't recently. I've drank propel water since it first came out, so when they came out with the packs I started using them, cause it was better than buying bottles. Crystal light has alot of different tea flavor options too which is nice.

I also love the propel. I have a refillable thermos that keeps my drinks cold & I get tired of plain old water.

Andy - I also need caffeine and what I have found that works great is the Acai Berry Diet Pills (doesn't help with weight loss though lol) or Resveratol. Both have the antioxidants of the berrys/grapes that are great for you and they both have green tea in them. What I have noticed is that with these you don't get that high energy, then crash that you get with caffeine. It doesn't make you jittery but gives you a good feeling all day. There are great health benefits in both the fruits & green tea is good for you so.... They are both only about $10 & you can get them at about any grocery store. What's a couple more pills right lol.Wink

Don't roll your eyes! The potion for losing that excess body fat is all around you. It covers two thirds of the planet. If you eat right and exercise at the intensity, frequency and duration proper for you, but still can't get rid of a little paunch here and there, you're probably just not drinking enough water.

Drinking a healthy amount of water is vital to your health. You can never imagine just by changing this simple step, you gain tremendous health benefits.If exercising is part of a weight loss program a bit more water should be included to account for water loss from sweating. Drinking water before, during and after exercise will keep energy levels high and help recovery after training.

Drinking water is so important for good health. When you were a child in school, she learned that each water molecule consists of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. You may also have learned that it's fun to fill their water guns with water, at least until the capital has taken.
