African Americans and BB

#1

I've tried searching the site every which way for more info on whether there are many African American ladies who have had success with Bountiful Breast or any other Bovine Ovary.

Visiting the BB site, I only see one pictured testimonial from an AA lady.

If you are or know of any AA ladies who have had experience with this product please offer your feedback.

Thanks

Don't mean to be offensive, but I don't think race really matters in how BO can work for someone, but I'm not sure if she's still around here, but she is on the noogleberry forum http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.php username MariahsDs I believe is her username is African American and took Ultra Breast which is a BO supplement.

That's really the only one that comes to mind though, sorry.

But I don't really think race really matters, it's all about us as individuals, just like everyone reacts different to herbs. The only time I think skin color could maybe help is with pumping, I heard the darker skin colored ladies say their ring marks weren't as bad as the lighter skin colors.

I think with any NBE program genetics take a role though, so you can look at your family members and see if maybe some developed more than you, that's what you might expect as your full potential with NBE.

Hope you find the answers you're looking for! And good luck!

Hi Anastasia, thanks for your reply.

I'm asking because while trolling these boards a few weeks back I saw some comments from a girl who said that someone from BB said the product wouldn't work well for Asian women. I know my question sounds a bit silly but being African American I've come to discover many things, from shampoos to makeup that react poorly with African Americans and I can tell they definitely were not made with them in mind (you may have noticed many stores have complete sections devoted to "ethnic" products).

As I said, I've only seen one testimonial from an AA lady so I wonder if they work regardless of race why so few testemonials from AA's? It's something I have to serioulsy consider if I'm going to spend hundreds of dollars on something. Had I never read the Asian women comment I probably would have never considered it. While you're probably right, it's always more comforting to hear from actual ladies rather than judgment based on theory alone.

I have seen pretty much every NBE product say that Asian women shouldn't expect as much results as other races, which I think is BS. I think they are stereotyping that the typical Asian woman is petite, high metabolism, and they don't have many natural curves. But yet I've met plenty of Asian women with naturally big breasts, so that's a stereotype and bad marketing on their part. I think everyone has potential to grow with NBE. But it's all about genetics on how fast you will respond, how long it will take to reach your goal, and what is to most you can possibly grow.

There are plenty of Caucasian women who are petite, high metabolism and no curves, so I think it boils down to individual genetics.

And yes I know about ethnic products. I come from a family with about every race there is lol. I was adopted. My cousins are Hispanic and Caucasian, their children are mixed with African American also. And so when I babysit them, when I give them baths I know what to do that, you use the special shampoos, the oils in the hair after the shower, the skin moisturizers, etc. (and I have extremely dry skin btw and I'm Russian and German by blood! I use cocoa butter lotion after every shower or else my skin gets so dry it cracks!). My son is mixed, though his hair is that of a Caucasian he got my bad dry skin, or it could be from his father's side also. Also my hair is very dry, I have to use more conditioners than most white women. So that's my genetics there haha.

I think it's stupid that cosmetic companies, most of them, don't keep in mind the different genetics of people and how everyone has different skin, hair, etc. I have naturally curly hair, very frizzy, and most shampoos are horrible for my hair, so finding what works for me is always a struggle.

But either way, I get the not wanting to spend that kind of money, BB is very pricey that's why I went with UB. But I think that NBE goes on your personal genetics, your metabolism, how your families genes are, etc.

Oh and on them having very few AA testimonies, I have no clue. I was a AA before I started my NBE journey. But I've used many different things over the years I been trying to find what works for me. And I think it's safe to say I'm now a 32D going from a 32AA. I tried to put on a VS 32C bra the other day and it literally bursted! All I did was adjust myself in it cause I was coming out of it, and rip, the part that holds the cups together in between them, it busted. And the bra was only worn 5 times at most, oh well haha. So yes going from a AA to a C or D is very possible.

Mariah, the one I referred you to was a AA, I think she is now a D also? Just remember it takes time, dedication and consistency, but it can work for you. Hope you find what works for you though!

Hi Amaven,

I am a Chinese which means I am a Asian. I live in Asia country too. LOL! I agree with Anastasia on this. I was skeptical like you when I wanted to get BB pills. What makes me end up with going ahead with it is the fact man too can grow boobies with it. I am on it for 1/2 year now. By the way I am an AAAA cup, which makes me literally a flat one. With BB I am able to grow 1.5 inches so far so knock out 1 A making me a AAA. I grew in average of 0.5 inch per month. I didn't grow in the beginning because I was experimenting with the pills.

In the website itself it says that it will not work as good with Asian women but they still grow but not as much. In my opinion most likely we have different diet compared to the westerners. We take in a lot of carbs instead of protein. When I take my protein off my diet I grow but I will lost it (that's what happen to me last month). So yes protein is essential when it comes to BO. I take only 1/4 of my recommended daily allowance.

As for how it grow it all depends on the person temperature (92.8-98.6 F), healthy liver and your estrogen receptor. If all of this is working well then you are good to go!

I wish you all the best.

P/S: There is cheaper option than Bountiful Breast. You may want to check out Ultra Breast. I don't have the website maybe Anastasia can provide for you.

hi there. i am sooo african. so i have been through the rigorousness and ridiculous circus of personal care and hygeine products that don't work for me because i am you know, black. anyway, i have inherited some nice traits from both sides of my family and it seems the continent in general. i am really muscular, a very voluptuous butt and have a great metabolism. i mean like one week in the gym means that i look like the Hulk. and after moving from one place to another for a few days, i had the most awesome six pack ever. people used to ask me what i took, what i did in high school. i was like, it's just genes. my brother was in a sandbox when he was about 2. we laugh at the picture now because he had a six pack and a shovel! and my mama got biceps! so what i am trying to say is my build has always been a little more masculine than i would prefer. every family reunion is THE GUN SHOW Big Grin and i think that has contributed to making my journey with nbe a little more challenging as far as balancing hormones at times. other females in my family also have issues with hormone balance. c'est la vie. maybe not race so much in this case, but definitely heritage is a factor in why i am here to begin with. good luck to you.

Anastasia - I've read a few of your other posts and I am very impressed with your progress. You always seem to provide alot of information and your replies are always very insightful and that is much appreciatedSmile I do have a question, I understand that you used Ultra Breast, another bovine ovary product. Were you advised by that company to drink the protein shakes or balance your body temp like BB? I'm just wondering if they have the same base primary ingredient if you saw success without having to do those things.

Crystalelle- I'm glad to hear from you and It gives me a lot of hope hearing you've had success with the product. You've given me some great advise! I have a question for you too if you don't mind: I've taken my temp in preparation for this project and I am generally around 98.8-99 degrees. I know a lower temp is bad, but is a higher temp ok? I'm not sure why its higher but I'm not sure if that will affect my progress. Also, how can I tell if my estrogen receptors are working ok? I did read some posts suggesting a liver cleanse before starting so I'll look up that recipe again and get started on it.

Char- Wow, I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and it takes me the whole summer to get a bump on my arm to resemble a bicep! LOL, now if I had to choose I'd rather have your ability to build muscle over a better ability to grow bigger breasts. That may sound crazy but I'm very active and a martial artist and I'm always trying to maximize my physical potential. I do know what you mean, I taught kids martial arts for a while and there was a group of related kids who were 7-14 years old and these kids were ripped like you wouldn't believe! Squeezing their arms I'd ask "what are you guys eating...are you pumping iron or something?" Their response? "We just breakdance and come here." Ha!

Ladies, I appreciate all of your responses and they have helped more than you can imagine. I guess it's the type of thing where you don't really know until you give it a shot. I feel alot more confident about starting this process and I'll let you know how my progress goesWink

UB recommends you get 80g to like 90 something g of protein per day in your diet or with added supplementation like shakes, they don't mention temp I don't believe but since BB does I made sure mine was good to go!

UB has BO that is the main ingredient in both UB and BB, I think the other differences is that UB has wild yam, BB has pituitary glandular. I grew with UB I heard others say they did as well. So it's all individual. I won't be able to tell you which one is better as I have never tried BB, and I think the only way I would is if they said "hey you tried UB so try us and tell us which worked better" lol then I'd try it, but for now their prices are just too steep in my opinion.

There is a mistake in the typing, the temperature was suppose to be 98.2-98.6F and not 92.8 as stated in my previous post. Blush

Here is my personal experience.

When I ovulate which is in the middle of the month my temperature rises. This is the time the growth spurt (as stated by many ladies) starts. There were this time when I have slight fever after I ovulated and man my breast was really really sore. So the conclusion is the higher the temperature goes after ovulation the better as this will secure a measurable growth for me.

Of course temperature rises before I ovulate is not good cause it does nothing. It is base on my recent experience of having a fever from my flu before my ovulation.

So long your temperature is not low then you will be fine. If your temperature is high because of your metabolic rate probably you will need to increase the protein. I only take 12.5 gram of whey protein per day despite having a low protein diet. Why you might ask? Cause I am living in a society of high intake of carbs. So if I overdo my protein I go side ways. LOL! Of course I try to eat more chicken and fish in my diet.

On the question of how would we know that our estrogen is many or little? From a survey I read majority of gals with high testosterone level or flat chested has very little estrogen receptor. I am one of them. Since I have very little estrogen receptor I have to be careful not to overload my body with too much of estrogen which will make my growing stall.

On liver cleanse there are 2 types that the community here use. Either go with the milk thistle (pill popping method) or do the extreme one liver and gallbladder flush

All the best!
