Have your nipples increased since, and has anyone found a solution to prevent them from growing?

I have had an intermittent problem with painful and enlarged nipples while using the Noogleberry. It doesn't always happen but I now put two plasters across my nipples in a cross before I start to pump and this has solved the problem.
