Hi ladies,

Quick question- is it OK to take milk thistle at the same time as taking BO? I wonder this since our livers are subject to "hormone overload" on BO.. could this help? Thanks

Most of the ladies here do it 1 by 1. We take BO for a few months then do a liver cleanse with milk thistle.

Schedule a time for growing and a time to cleanse~
