I have no clue as to how much fenugreek in lbs I should buy to last me a month or two. With an example dosage of 1,830 mg a day. How many lbs should I buy ???

Are you buying the whole seebs or the dried seeds or the dried and powdered seeds? It would make quite a difference.

I was going to go with the website mountainroseherbs.com
They are dried herbs? Probably going to buy the seed and grind them up in my blender or just boil the seeds for tea. It's cheaper to buy them this way.

So if I was to buy fenugreek or fennel dried seeds, how much should I buy to last me a month or two?
