Hey all,
So I've read that red clover is high in phytoestrogens, and makes for a good tea. I went out this afternoon and picked some, there's masses of it growing near my house. I picked only the blooms though, aside from a few random accidental leaves--is this the best for steeping in a tea? Or should it be the roots, something difficult like that?
