I have a quick question regarding flaxseed. I have read in many places that flaxseed, as a phytoestrogen, has the ability to enhance breast growth. On the otherhand I have read that flaxseed also reduces the growth of metastasis in breast cancer. If flaxseed infact can reduce the size/growth of metastasis, wouldn't it also reduce the size of the breast tissue itself? Someone help me out here...
I wanted to use flaxoil to mix with my Fenugreek extract for massage purposes but now am not sure if I should.
