BO growth without pituitary?

#1

So, has anyone had success without talking pituitary with generic BO? I just received my generic BO from Swansons yesterday and started my first dose of 500mg last night, then 500mg more this morning and gonna do 500mg more tonight. Plan on taking this amount for about 2 wks then go up to 1500mg daily. But is this a waste of time witout the pituitary? Or anything else?

I'm wondering this too because I am staying home for 4 days yet I forgot to bring my pituitary. I'm still taking the L-Tyrosine, Kelp, Adrenal, Collagen and BO.

That would be interesting to know. UB doesn't have pituitary in it, I didn't take any while on it... and I still grew. So what is the reason behind taking pituitary with the BO?

I take generic BO without pituitary. It's too soon to judge about how much I grew. I have a measuring bra which is size 32B. It was loose on me when I started and now it is too tight. 32C fits me just the way 32B did before I started. But my size changes depending on the day of my cycle. Right after period I'm the smallest and probably 32B fits OK. Few days later it is too tight on me. After period it takes just about 2-4 days to catch up with the size. I've only been taking BO for 2 months.

BO is not prescribed together with pituitary here,
Actually here BO is prescribed together with Pineal Gland.

I have a bottle of it but I haven't used it. It is not studied enough, all they know is that it plays major role in sexual development and melatonin regulation. There're also studies which to me look contradicting: on one hand Pineal Gland (taken as a medicine) extends reproductive time (men and women) by 25%! On the other hand it inhibits growth hormone (well that explains why it is used to treat tumors but how will it help me breasts?).

So my general opinion is that there're many glands used in glandular therapy. But how do we know exact combination of hormones it takes to send our bodies back to puberty and make sure we don't change anything else, just grow breasts? I think no doctor knows that either. I wish one day scientists will actually take a notice of glandular therapy, of the problems like underdeveloped breasts which they don't consider a problem now.. Until then I will stick to what I think I know Smile And I think BO regulates estrogen/progesterone only. And I don't know what pituitary does to a hormonal balance.

All we have to do is try and see for ourselves. Empirical method. Smile

Thank you ladies for your input...guess I will just keep up with the generic bo and see what happens. Interesting that UB does not have pituitary in it and ladies see growth. Have considered trying the UB....maybe in the end it would be cheaper....

I started my BO a few days ago and today i have extreme cramps like I am going ot start. I do not know if this is my time to start since I am pre-menopause and my periods are getting sporatic these last couple months...time will tell if the cramps are due to the BO or mother nature is coming to visit....

The link says that the pineal gland produces melatonin and melatonin inhibits sexual development, so how come we are supposed to take raw pineal with BO? I think it would probably keep the BO from working. Huh

Whoa, I've been taking high doses of Melatonin every night for like four or five months now; I wonder if that's a possible reason for my lack of progress during this time??? I think I'll stop using it for a month or two and see if that helps ..... Huh

Melatonin inhibits sexual development in children. As for adults it doesn't really affect sex hormones but the scientists know little about the corelation.

Yes, Twister_Mama, I would also do the same - stop and see if there's any difference. Melatonin is tricky - it protects agains cancer, prolongs youth, promotes GH release (growth hormone is needed for breast growth too). http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.11...x/abstract

I looked through a lot of info on it but still can't make up my mind if it is good or bad for NBE. When I was on BO I at first wasn't taking it with pineal gland because I was thinking it would inhibit growth. But in the end of my BO experience I started taking it and my BBT (body basal temperature) chart looked just perfect! But in most studies it says that melatonin doesn't affect sex hormones. Then again, I wasn't taking melatonin, just pineal gland which is responsible for production of melatonin (I'm sure it does millio[/b]n other things).
