I have posted a few times on here, and am having a really hard time choosing what to do. I am very excited to start growing and I was thinking of just doing PM Cream (or Serum, which i have only recently found). I am a 27 year old woman in the US.

Of the PM Creams out there, i seem to see a few brands stand out more often, which of these are most effective? Can PM be just as effective if only used topically? is there another one you could recommend

My last thought is that I saw Ainterol has powder in the 100mg capacity and I thought that I could buy that, and take some as capsules, fill my own, and mix some with oil/lotion and use it as a cream. Please let me know what you think i should do. I am very eager to start!!

Hi.

One has to be a little careful what one says on this forum for fear of being shot down.

I have just started using a cream along with my PM capsules and I have dropped the SP.

I guess I can only wait to see if there are additional developements before suggesting this particular brand.

It appears that PM results are different on individual users so it seems a question of trying something and making ones own mind up.

thanks. that's kind of the thought that i had on the different creams/serums. I purchased one and will document my results with it to give it a fair shake.

As far as the PM from the UK, I've heard of that one too, but whatever is easier to get for you, try and see how it goes.

Everyone's body is different.

I understand that taking the pm pills with other herbs is not good. is this true with just using cream too?
