No, you're not supposed to take herbs and BO at the same time because you will "overload" on estrogen.

why not choose one of it.....
If you'd like to, pls ask you doctor, may him will give you an effective answer.....
Well so many girls around me always eat pills or herbs but in the end they mess up their hormones.....and so many problems....
