Hi there

#1

Just stopping in to say hello. My name is Rin.

Age: 20
Height: 5'1''
Weight: 93-98 (fluctuates)
Size: 32a

I've had a bit of a confidence issue ever since I was young, and my boyfriend was the one who showed me this website to try to help me a bit.I'm looking to go from barely an A to a full B cup, and I'm willing to work at it but I'm nervous too, haha. I plan to have exact measurements tonight!

I've read that it's best to start to balance your hormones out first. For summer, I'm staying with my parents, and it would be really awkward for me to start anything like a pump or a blood test to figure out the reality of my hormones. The best I could do was take tests that showed I have excess estrogen and Progesterone deficiency. I've looked around and was going to try these balancing herbs:

don quai
borage oil
saw palmetto
Vitex (Agnus-Castus)
coacoa butter and Vitamin E

Is it okay to take everything together? Also, are these okay to start with?

I've seen a lot of great results, and it makes me feel a lot more reassured. It's nice to meet everyone!

Hi nice to meet you.

You have a grate attitude and I’m sure you will succeed. You may need to try a few things to find a method that works so if the first doesn’t don’t be put off.

It is fine to take your herbs together but have you thought about dosage? Perhaps take things slowly and increase your dose progressively. Additionally a word of warning- if you are playing with hormones be careful. You may be doing more harm than good if you try to self diagnose and balance the wrong thing. However you say that this is just for the summer so the time is short and you sound like you are planning a blood test when you return home from your summer brake, which is the best thing to do, and so you may be ok. Also you will know pretty quickly if you are using something that doesn’t agree with you such as have an outbreak.

Massage is fantastic definitely check out the section as see some of the various methods. If you’re open-minded to this sort of thing look as some hypnosis/subliminals there are a number of free websites and tracks you can download and it can be done discreetly on your ipod/mp3 player so could be a good idea for the summer period at your parents.

I once posted a list of most mentioned herbs in rank order from the old forum so if you’re interested in herbs here is the list. It will give you a good start and reference for what to do/where to go next when you have balance your hormones out.

Fenugreek
Saw Palmetto
Fennel
Borage
Wild Yam
Evening Primrose
Hops
Soy
Barley
Milk Thistle

We also thought red clover and kelp should be on the list

Also in aid of balancing, milk thistle is a must for cleansing before you start.

I hope you stat a program page and keep us posted on your progress with whatever routine you go for, we are a nice bunch and like to help and share our experiences. A programme page is the best way to get advise and more information that can help you.

Thank you so much for the reply!
Here are the dosages I tried to look up that were recommended:

dong quai - 3 to 15 grams
borage oil - Up To 12grams
saw palmetto - 160 mg twice daily
Vitex (Agnus-Castus) - 400mg twice daily
milk thistle - Generally 12 to 15 g dried herb (200 to 400 mg silymarin)

I think I'll try to look up some more information just in case though. And I'll definitely be getting a blood test when I come back. I think it will really help, but I really didn't want to waste 3 months of potential progress, so I will try to focus on small dosages with a lot of massages.

And heck, I'm willing to try to the hypnosis, too! Anything that might help me gain a bit of confidence. Tongue

A blood test would be best but in the meantime you can go to the section to see what you high or low in estrogen/progest./androgens.. etc.. I found I have high androgens just by the symptoms list.. Keep us posted..
