Trying to go up about 1-2 cup sizes

#1

Hi everyone. Smile

Age:26
Height: 5'7.5"
Weight: 140
Current Bust size: 36B
Goal: 36D or 36DD
Birth Control: Implanon (progesterone arm implant)

I've decided to finally take action on getting some larger breasts but I still think I need a little advice on some aspects of my program (mainly the herbal part of it).

The first part I have already begun and that is doing chi massages for about 5-10 minutes a day 3x a day. I also want to begin using a fenugreek massage oil or another type of massage or cream with this.
I also plan to begin doing chest resistance exercise at the gym starting tomorrow.
I also thought of beginning a low fat dairy high protein diet would be effective too.

Here's where I am not sure the best course of action. I've read a lot about herbs so I'm on some information overload but I have two options I am considering for the herb treatments:

Option A:
Something similar to Eve M's program with these herbs:
Fenugreek
Saw Palmetto
Flax Seed Oil
Wild Yams
Fennel
Aveena Sativa
Red Clover

Option B:
Use Pueraria Mirifica with Saw Palmetto.

I've heard a lot on both of these but I don't know which one would be the better course of action. I am wondering if I could use both options at different stages of my development (like start with one and progress or maintain with the other). Anyways I would love some thoughts on the matter. :-)

Thanks!
SofT

PM is considered to be the most potent herb and seems to be an easier option as you do not have to take too many herbs at once. In my opinion PM is therefore stronger than the herbs, however, the herbs are also very effective and have helped many people. Perhaps you could give one of the options a try for a couple of months and if you feel that you do not see any changes at all try the second option.
I know that taking PM internally can make your birth control (a pill) less effective but I am not sure if this applies to a progesterone implant or not. PM cream should not interfere with bc though and will not mess up your hormones and cycle.
Whatever you decide good luck. You should be able to reach good results as you are already a B cup. Wink

I agree with Luisa. Start with one, use it for a few months, then switch to the other if it's not working. I was wanting to try BO next, but I might try PM, just to switch things up.

Thanks for the advice luisa. I think I am going to start with PM and SP first and if I don't find it effective or it messes with my body too much I will go to the other one.
I have one last question, I heard it's not good to mix herbs with PM but I was curious if it would be safe to mix PM with a topical fenugreek, wild yam oil or cream?

I think you can do that. I have seen that PM is one of the ingredients in creams which contain many other herbs and I think that people had good growth from those creams as well. But you should probably still consider to concentrate on PM alone first and use the PM cream for a massage and see how it goes before you add other herbs.
Are you doing the 15-days thing when you take the PM internally in the first half of the cycle and then have a 15-days break? I hope that you do that and if so you could use the other herbs you mentioned in the second half of the cycle, this was just discussed in the PM section of the website. I think those herbs can even been taken internally during that time.

I think I might. I read about that and that seems like a good bet with decent results. So I think I may try that route.
