Anyone using Grow Yours massage method?

#1

Is anyone using or has anyone used the Grow Yours massage method of BE?
Would love to hear of results.
Also anyone using the program now, have you found the website to be down?

The Grow Yours method was brought up more on the noogleberry forum I believe last year. I think most steered clear of it honestly. To me, personally, it seems like it's just replicating the way breasts act while pregnant and breastfeeding, and my fear would be that I would start lactating or producing milk. Having had a child and breastfed, I know that engorged breasts (which is what it seems this program does) is NOT fun. It's very painful and not worth it. Plus if you started accumulating milk then dried up, your breasts could end up smaller than they were to begin with and saggy. I don't know just my thoughts on it. If you are doing it, hope it works out and would love to hear how it goes.

Yes the Grow Yours process does basically try to replicate what happens during pregnancy to induce the breasts towards lactation, however it does not take you into a full lactation, so I don't think you'd have any problem with becoming engorged and painful such as when you were breastfeeding.

I think anyone that has had any success with any type of breast massage would have been doing pretty much the same thing. The basis is that you're stimulating the milk producing lobes in the breast which then causes them to grow. Why else would the breast grow when massaged? No other part of the body grows when massaged.

In any case I haven't had much success with chi massage or the Grow Yours method so far, although as I have never been pregnant they do say that it would take a little longer for results than for women who have previously been pregnant. I'm also much older so I think that may be a factor as well.

I was about to order a Noogleberry pump when I stumbled across the Grow Yours website. I decided to try that first as it seemed very natural but now I'm wondering if I'd of been better off getting the Noogleberry.

I've read many posts of ladies having good results with the Noogleberry, but I'm very nervous of the idea of it "sucking" my breasts. I don't want to end up with breasts that are even saggier than they are now.

I lost weight several years ago and have some excess skin (on the breasts) as a result. I don't know if that would be good or bad for me.

Would appreciate any advise or thoughts that anyone has on that.

The reason why most breast massage works is because it increases prolactin levels in the body/breasts. Prolactin is one of the few hormones responsible for breast growth in the first place. That is why massage or pumping works, it increases that hormone. From my understanding grow yours does a different type of technique that specifically targets the milk ducts, where as normal breast growth type massaging, doesn't. I've had good results with the chi massage as far as plumping/fullness and firmness.

Now as far as pumping or even Noogleberry is concerned, no you won't end up saggy. Quite the contrary, you will end up more full and firm. I had somewhat saggy breasts when I started with NB and it firmed them right up as they grew. Also if you go check out Sunsetz pics on the noogleberry forum you will see for yourself what it does. She also lost weight and had saggier breasts, NB filled them back up and firmed them up. She also did chicken feet soup while using NB, and many say it is good for NBE. So don't worry, pumping won't make you saggy, that was my concern as well. Then when I saw the domes for the first time and first pumped, I was like OMG now they are going to end up coned shaped! LOL but nope, they are rounder now then they were then. Looking back I think I had a slight case of tubular breasts, which makes sense because dr's told me my breasts were underdeveloped.

Hope this answers your question about NB.

Thanks anastasia for your reply, it was very helpful and encouraging.
I have seen sunsetz pics on the Noogleberry forum, but didn't actually clue in with them as she didn't have a starting pic.

I am going to order the Noogleberry and am looking forward to starting with that. As I'm older I think this would be the best thing for me, I don't want to mess around too much with my hormones.

I did try some other NBE pills and creams etc and although I didn't have any weight gain or adverse reactions, I think those things were interfering with my menopause - I'm 52 and I "think" I'm somewhere in the menopause cycle, but not really sure.

I did come across a post on the Noggleberry forum where a lady of 68 was having success with noggling, so maybe there's still some hope for me yet.

Anatasia I have read many of your posts both on Nexus and Noogleberry and you have been a real inspiration for me.
