I'm new here and thought how helpful a sticky thread would be. Full of all the information a newbie would need.
There is a lot of info on this forum but I can't seem to find it all in one place. Is there any chance a sticky could be made with all information combined.
I'm particularity interested on the cycling methods. Every place I look someone is saying something completely different. Can anyone tell me the best way to cycle?
I was also wondering if anyone had more information on taking PM with CLA (Conjugated linoleic acids). I am wanting to lose some belly fat but grow breasts at the same time. I know that CLA works as I have used it in the past with success. Is this possible? Would the CLA counter effect the PM?
Can I do exercise to lose body fat and still gain breasts with PM?
