Mediterranean eating has so much research and backing behind it. I'm especially interested in the fact that it lowers blood pressure and is chockful of good fats.
I know what you mean about keeping the family healthy! And don't blame yourself when your family gets sick. Viruses will have their way with us regardless of how healthfully we eat.
LOL of course! Everything I listed is on THE SIDE of the hormone-laden fennel and fenugreek spiced chicken! Tongue - Your precious rofl love it!
LOL I think you're the precious one, but thanks! Talking about it really does always make me wind up craving chicken... maybe I'll make baked chicken breasts instead of salmon tonight.
Ha ha you do that!!!
Wuhoo ive been told I'm not allowed to work today yippee!!!!
Hart of Dixie marathon! Did you ever get it????
Yay! Lucky you! I have the day off as well, which is useful as I'm sick! Still cooking and cleaning, though. Someone's gotta do it.
No, I never did! They were taking so long to return it, I finally thought 'ARGH screw it!' and canceled the hold. I had over 30 books checked out anyway, so I figure first I have to read and return all my books, THEN I can consider getting hooked on another TV series.
Youre not alone, im cooking cleaning washing de moulding too!

Does anyone find that MSM affects their cycle? I swear it affects mine... I'm starting to suspect there's something hormonal about it...

Huh... I'm pretty convinced it affects mine. In a good way, though. But I haven't been taking it because I haven't been eating enough, and I started spotting a bit today.

NO not at all. That's weird.... I'l google later. I don't think it has anything to do with the spotting, it could be the stress you have been through

I considered that, too, Ella, but this has happened to me in the past more than once when I've momentarily gone off of MSM, one time when I was on vacation (so DEFINITELY not stress-related). So weird. It makes my cycle more regular, I think, so that's a plus.
