Saw it! You've got like $1,000 worth of lingerie right there, lol! Believe it or not, I think we're neck and neck, though. We definitely have a problem!

Can anyone recommend a good topical? I'm starting to think I need to be a bit more aggressive in my approach because I think all the stress and general sucky mood I'm under is hampering my growth (not to mention my lackluster appetite and consequent low calorie intake). Thanks in advance.
I'm considering taking Rescue Remedy, an herbal mixture my darling, adorable soul sister Ella recommended to me. It helps with moods. I tried taking SAM-E for my mood, but it messed with my tummy.

Niacin is good against depression, this is what I read.
As for the topical: You might try a goats rue tincture (since fenugreek stinks). I believe you don't want to use PM cream?

I will look into niacin.
I'm a little wary of anything herbal to be honest, not just PM. I'll look into the goats rue tincture.
Thanks for the suggestions.

As far as I know goat's rue does
not contain any phytoestrogens. Here is some more info:
Cancer research has revealed that one of Goat’s Rue's primary chemical components directly affects estrogen receptors. This may be why it acts as an estrogen enhancer, without containing any known phyto-estrogens. Studies suggest that it actually encourages ovaries to produce their own estrogen.

But I am not sure if topical GR tincture is effective.

I don't know about topically, either, but you've kind of got me wondering about actually taking it internally now. But I'm still wary of how it would affect my skin.

Neither of them has the skin woes I do, though. Sigh... I don't think I'll chance it. My skin is already a barely-contained mess.
Anyone know of any non-herbal topicals (that don't smell)? I've used Muscle Rub in the past. Don't know how much it helped. I'm currently using flaxseed oil, but I can't stand how the smell lingers and doesn't wash out of fabric.

I haven't personally tried it, but have read that cypress oil is supposed to be really good for increasing circulation. Someone on the NB forum seemed to be having pretty good luck with it. I can't attest to the smell since I haven't gotten around to trying it yet. Coconut oil is also supposed to be high is MCT's, which are good for helping with tissue growth (though I don't remember how). Some CO has a mild coconut smell but usually not too bad and I think it actually smells nice and tropical.
