Anyone know of any non-herbal topicals (that don't smell)? I've used Muscle Rub in the past. Don't know how much it helped. I'm currently using flaxseed oil, but I can't stand how the smell lingers and doesn't wash out of fabric.
When I took the herbal mixture (greenbush and nature day) I did get pimples, not a lot but I did get a few on my chest.
While taking Goats Rue no pimples what soever and by doing Peggy's tincture there shouldn't be any smell, you wouldn't want to do the liquid goats rue caps THEY SMELL BADDDD
What about a rich oil like coconut oil like I do? No smell, good for you. Coca butter? I forgot I even had that, smells gooddddd!
Also try "white chestnut" - stops brain chatter.. (I don't need to elaborate on that one do I )

Can anyone recommend a good topical? I'm starting to think I need to be a bit more aggressive in my approach because I think all the stress and general sucky mood I'm under is hampering my growth (not to mention my lackluster appetite and consequent low calorie intake). Thanks in advance.
I'm considering taking Rescue Remedy, an herbal mixture my darling, adorable soul sister Ella recommended to me. It helps with moods. I tried taking SAM-E for my mood, but it messed with my tummy.

If you're feeling dodgy I'd take the 'gentler' approach over the 'aggressive' one! Be kind to yourself
But I think topicals a pretty safe (apart from oestrogel and pc - they need a bit more caution). I use flaxseed mixed with fennel oil - it smells like liquorice which may be a good or bad thing to you! My mum loves fennel and she can't stand most perfumey things. or you could mix it with lavender, that's been shown to cause breast growth in boys and I good some swelling from it in the past. I'd steer clear of fenugreek oil as it reeks of celeriac! xD You can also get pm topicals - or buy some liquid extract to mix with body lotion. It's very sticky when neat though! There, that's all the advice I can compile from my quite varied personal experience :L

Someone on the NB forum seemed to be having pretty good luck with it. I can't attest to the smell since I haven't gotten around to trying it yet. Coconut oil is also supposed to be high is MCT's, which are good for helping with tissue growth (though I don't remember how). Some CO has a mild coconut smell but usually not too bad and I think it actually smells nice and tropical.
You know what, I was looking into cypress oil a few months ago! I don't remember why I changed my mind about it. I'll look into it again.
I've used coconut oil before for my hair and I like the smell! I've actually been batting around the idea of getting some. I think I'll try that mixed with cypress oil and see what I think.
Thank you!

What's white chestnut good for? I haven't heard of that. I was thinking of both coconut oil and cocoa butter! Organic extra virgin coconut oil smells niiiice.

My boobs only respond to "aggressive," lol.
I've actually mixed flaxseed oil with lavender, cinnamon, and sweet almond oils. Smells so good out of the bottle (my brother even complimented the scent), but all the good scent washes out of fabric and leaves the flax smell.
Thanks for the advice!

Great!I'm using Bach remedies too
I think they are amazing ; I put them also in a self-mixed cream I use for breasts, to hYdratate and nourish the skin. (a neutral face cream, a little bit of lavender oil, aloe jelly, and Star of bethlem, Crab apple, Pine, Walnut, Aspen).

Thanks for the info, sis! White chestnut sounds intriguing. I didn't realize they had more options. I'm off to Amazon to see what they have there!

Oo, you can use them topically, too? Such a clever idea! Thanks, Pearl. I'm definitely going to see what else they have in their line.
