BriLaw's Program

#41

I'm definitely seeing some growth, congrats! I know it's harder to see it in yourself, but it's definitely noticeable! Good luck with the PM, I hope it works for you! I plan to start PM soon, so I'll be keeping an eye on your program! Wink

Yeah, I'm seeing some too. Conga rats! Go, help BriLaw with her celebrations! Big Grin

Hang in there, you're getting some progress, don't be discouraged just because it's a little slow.

Thanks Doll and AbiDrew.

I'm certain that I'm getting good results especially in the short amount of time I've been doing NBE. Thanks again for the words of encouragement.

So my period came 8 days late, I expected that given what I know about PM. I think things are going well and I am starting to look into supplements that I can add to my program.

Possible additions:
Calcium
Vit. D
Alfafa
Collagen powder
MACA
Aguaje

Also, I am currently taking 1 PM cap. per day of my fol. phase (about 13 days). My period is due to come a week from today. And I will be posting pics soon.

So I've been really busy with work lately. But I wanted to document my progress. This cycle I was a bit more moody than usual. My period also came 8 days earlier so my cycle was only 25 days this time (it's usually about 34 days). This cycle I was alot more consistent when it came to take wild yam, flaxseed oil and calcium during my luteal phase. I started back with PM on the second day of my period which may have made my cramps worse buy I stuck it thru. Today is day 4 of my 3rd cycle on PM.

Hey Brilaw! Calcium, Vit. D, Alfalfa, and Collagen powder would be great additions! Alfalfa really increased the firmness and fullness in my breasts, I'm taking Gelatin, but it gets converted to Collagen, and its super great for perkiness! Gotta keep the girls perky Wink lol and calcium and vit. D would also be great to add. They can really help too!

Still taking 1 PM capsule a day but I'm going to take a break for about 3 months to give my body some time to clear out all of the excess psuedo-hormones. I'll probably be starting my program back up in March (taking Wahaika's theory into account) hopefully the longer, more sunnier days will boost my growth. I will be continuing with PM but at a higher dose (2 caps a day). Here are some pics to showing where I am now.

Here's my starting pic, just wanted to make it easier to view my pre NBE and present pics

BTW, Emily Loretta I'm heading to your page right now to get an idea of how much alfalfa and gelatin you're taking for NBE purposes.

Things I've noticed throughout my NBE experience:

-I obviously gain weight faster/easier on my lower half
-NBE has helped my butt get alot bigger Dodgy
-Without androgen blockers I breakout out ALOT
-This will be a very slow process for me
-Smoking cigarettes does not mean I can't grow
-Noogling and PM really go together
-Calcium seems to complement PM
-I can take 2 PM capsules (Siriporn) daily without my period begin delayed
-Fall/Winter is probably not the most ideal time to start doing NBE

I am afraid that taking a long break (from Dec. to Mar.) will mean starting all over in March still I want to take a long break. Maybe I will switch back to herbals in Jan. then maybe I won't lose it all. Anyways I'm looking into adding some different things into my regimen (some NBE related, some not), here it goes:

-Collagen/gelatin
-Pig placenta
-Carlson's MSM
-Milk thistle
-Hyaluronic acid
-Alfalfa or Chlorophyll
-Parsley ?
-Saw palmetto extract
-Cinnamon
-Ginkgo biloba (need to buy more)
-Aguaje (only to be taken during break for a short while)
-L-lysine and L-proline (precursors to collagen)
-Emerita Progesterone cream

Those is the red are the supps I am considering the most.
I welcome any and all positive/constructive feedback.
