i chose whey gold standard as whey isolate isn't available now but there is something i still don't like about the three types from ON , it contains sucrose and i don't prefer artificial sweeteners , i don't think it's suitable for my E dominance case to use artificial things .

Oh duh, I forgot that it does say that they are currently out of stock of the 100% Whey Isolate... sorry about that!

Well, if having a protein powder without artificial sweeteners is a priority concern for you, Optimum Nutrition has a "Naturals" protein powder line. Check out the following:
• Natural 100% Whey Gold Standard http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products...p-202.html
• 100% Oats & Whey http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products...p-265.html
• Natural Pro Complex http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products...p-268.html (I'd recommend taking one leveled scoop if you choose to go with this protein powder, as a whole serving [which is two rounded scoops] has more than double the amount of protein you would be able to digest in 2 hours time... so you could get 55+ servings out of one container of this protein powder).

The Natural 100% Whey Gold Standard is the most affordable option of the three whey powders. I also think it is pretty cool because, in addition to Isolates being the first ingredient on the whey blend ingredient list, hydrolyzed whey (listed as "whey peptides") is in the blend! 100% Oats & Whey is cool because it has oats in it which is a great source of fiber (although I have seen oats listed as a raiser of prolactin-- I do not think that oats raise prolactin that much to be too concerning, but you may still want to look into it a bit more). And Natural Pro Complex is awesome because it has a LOT of everything that you need, but honestly considering what I know to be your needs and concerns, it is probably a bit unnecessary for you (this is probably too much for me, too! probably meant for competitive body and figure builders) and certainly shows in the price Rolleyes. So, given what I understand to be what you need, I think the Natural 100% Whey Gold Standard would be the best choice for you if you want to stay with Optimum Nutrition Wink

Hope that helps!

It helps a lot actually , thanks so much , Smile
i'm gonna check those and choose one of them .
you all what i need in protein powder Wink

ok girls this is my test results :

FSH : 3.26 (normal range for luteal phase 1.8 - 16 )

LH : 17.1 (normal range 0.7 - 23.1 )

prolactin : 13.6 (normal range 3.9 - 29.5 )

progesterone : 0.73 (normal range 0.8 - 3.0 )

Estradiol : 326 (normal range 31 - 247 )

cortisol : 7.17 (normal range 2.5 - 12.5 )

T3 : 2.82 ( normal range 1.68 - 3.54 )

T4 : 1.19 (normal range 0.9 - 1.9 )

TSH : 0.94 (normal range 0.27 - 4.2 )

TPO : 5.39 (normal range up to 35 )

growth hormone at rest (not after exercise): 0.5 (normal range up to 10)

ok, so any suggestion to increase my growth hormone beside exercise, protein and L-arginin ?

and there is something i'm confused about , my cycle was supposed to be at 6/oct and i'm still missing it.
i made this test at 27/September thinking that i'm in my luteal phase,
and my cycle was 30 days all my life not 28.
so i'm not very sure if i'm in the luteal phase now or did this test on luteal phase . i don't know how to calculate it when missing it Dodgy
what phase i'm in ? anyone have any idea ? Huh
still missing my cycle and i hope progesterone cream will fix this, i'm gonna receive it tomorrow and i'm thinking to begin using it immediately till i get my cycle again .

tim i was reviewing somethings you said to me about noogleberry and i've some questions ,

this is what you said " I snoogle, and that works best for me. I have two airlocks so I don't have the frustration of pumping both of the cups at the same time. I also use cocoa butter moisturizing gel by Palmer's to help with keeping suction around my breast, and a sports bra with holes cut out to also hold my cups in place (not sure how necessary this is, but I like it!). I also have a coffee cup lid inside each of my cups so that the suction of the NB pulls less at my nipple. All these things make my NB experience a positive one, but I really didn't like the NB all that much before I found what works for me. "

so what coca butter gel did you use ?

about airlocks, is that the same of using built_in Airlock System?

and about the cups size , although i'm so flat, but i've a wide chest and a wide breast diameter , approximately 11cm , so i think the medium size will be suitable for me , i'm confused about this , so flat and so wide Dodgy
so what do think is a suitable size for me ?

and i loved the sport bra idea Smile

Hi lora! I saw you're from egypt! That's cool! This forum spreads information all over the world!

Well, after seeing your results, first, i'd use progesterone cream to balance this hormone. Then you wait and see. Maybe you can get some inches! I saw tibetan gained inches using PC! She was using bovine ovary too! If BO doesn't increase your estrogen level, i'd take it too. ( i don't know much thing about BO)
For now, i'd stay away from phyto-estrogen Shy

Wow! None of those Palmer's Products Tongue But they all look promising!! I might just give one of those a try at some point, thanks for sharing! This is what I currently use: http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=413748&catid=182918&aid=338666&aparam=54613044027id413748&device=c&network=g&matchtype= Because it is an oil, it does not absorb very fast, which makes it ideal for increasing the suction on the sides of my Noogleberry. I am not so sure how fast the other Palmer's products absorb, and if Noogleberry was just recommending them to cover the surface area of the breast, or if NB was recommending them for the sake of helping with suction. It seems to me to be the case of the former.

(Side note: I just noticed in the description of the Gel Oil that it says that it absorbs very fast--what they mean by that is that it absorbs faster than other Gel Oils. From my experience, it DOES NOT absorb fast, because there is still a film on my breasts in the morning when I wake up! But, this is what you want for the sake of suction. You do not want it to absorb very fast.)

And no! That Airlock Breast Cup is not what I have but it is the same idea. I do not remember seeing that option when I bought my NB cups. They look fantastic though and I would recommend you buying that!

What happened for me was that I ordered this: http://noogleberry.com/shop/breast-enlar...system-27/ and this: http://noogleberry.com/shop/airlock-kit-...-tubing-20 and they sent me my airlock tube and then accidentally sent me another airlock tube in place of my tee piece tubing (which is included in the kit). I emailed them about it and they told me just to keep the extra airlock and they sent me out another tee piece. I did not think I would have any use for the extra airlock tubing until after a while of playing with my NB and discovering that for me I found it easiest to pump my cups separately, and attaching an airlock tube to each cup allowed me to do that! So, you can buy the kit and then buy the airlock tubing separately (buy two: http://noogleberry.com/shop/two-airlock-...tubing-150) OR you can buy that cool kit that you posted about above! The cool thing about the Airlock Breast Kit is that it seems that you will have the cups free-standing on your chest (without the tubing hanging off). That is even better! My cups have the airlock tubes still attached when I got to sleep (but obviously not the hand pump... just the tubes are attached) so I look like Lady Gaga or something like that!

As for size, you can try for the medium sized cups. According to their sizing chart, I should be using medium cups, but I chose to buy a large because I wanted it to last longer as I grew Wink The only problem is that my rib cage is not wide enough and that is why I had so many problems with trying to keep suction in the past (and every time I try to get back to snoogling after taking a long break). If your rib cage is wide enough, I'd say give it a shot! Did you email them? I'd say email them: sales@noogleberry.com and whatever size they recommend, go the next size up Tongue Well, that is what I did and it seemed to work for me, and now I don't have to buy another set of cups for when I grow! But I also DO fit in the "large breast cups" size range. I am a 34" when standing and 35" when leaning over, and the large cups are meant for anyone from 34"-42". I know you say you are extremely flat, but what is your bust measurement, if I may ask? Are you at least 30"? Haha I can't believe they have that as the smallest bust size recommended for the medium cups...
