I LOVE your discipline!!! You map it all out where as im all "airey fairy" flittering around doing this and that lol

its awesome your seeing results herb free too! Ps dont bite your nails -makes it hard to grow em back... Wink

I have to record and outline everything, otherwise I feel overwhelmed and I won't get anywhere! If I write things out for myself, I feel like I can grasp it and apply it better. I do the same thing with my hair and skin care programs. I have journals on my computer for them where I keep track of my current regimen, products and how I felt about them, etc. Self care is my favorite hobby (outside of writing)! I like keeping track of everything.

But being "airey fairy" works for you, because you've had great progress so far!

I'd be happy if my nails had a hard time growing back. Dodgy My nails grow like crazy, and they're hard as diamonds!

Okay, relieved to hear that about spearmint + iron! I'm really really praying this cuts down on my chin hair and pimples.

Hmm im pretty sure ive deflated, but even if I have im not loosing sleep over it Smile I came to that conclusion too, have an NBE dairy, but have to be careful what I write in it cause of hubbies inquisitive eyes... to say nothing of the evidence ive had to hide/refile/delete off my computer lol!!!

I've stopped fat brushing and don't think I'll do it anymore. I was noticing yesterday that the skin of the area right along where I do it is getting noticeably darker than the surrounding area. I experienced this years ago when I first discovered NBE when I used to massage my upper chest extra hard. I had darker skin right along my upper chest where I'd really knead into it. Had to stop that, too. Bummer.

My massage routine is now 100 deer massages, 20 of the sweeps that I describe on the first page of this thread, and 100 more deer massages, then I finish with my bust roller on my upper chest.

Wow, your program is extremely well built! That is some serious hardcore massage routine you've got here. I m still very skeptical about brushing massage though, is it really and obviously efficient?

In the boobie quest, I believe skepticism and doubt can be the worst enemy of a noticeable growth and psyche must tune on confidence and faith, so let's break it!
